Adrenaline Burnout
[Verse]
Playing ball all day no rest to be found
In the park so rough feet on the ground
Adrenaline pumping got me feeling strong
But too much heat can wear you out wrong
[Verse 2]
Jumping high touching sky sinking threes
Heart racing fast like the wind in the trees
But watch out champ could hit the wall soon
Burnout knocks like a hot afternoon
[Chorus]
Adrenaline rules till it breaks you down
Running on fumes wearing a frown
Take it slow take it easy take the time
Don't let the burn ruin your prime
[Bridge]
Stop pushing hard like there's nothing to lose
Stretch those legs time to hit the snooze
Recovery's key to keep climbing high
Rest and heal under the moonlit sky
[Verse 3]
Hydration's your friend don't ignore the signs
A balanced life keeps you in your prime
Mental grit and a steady hand
Win more than just a one match stand
[Chorus]
Adrenaline rules till it breaks you down
Running on fumes wearing a frown
Take it slow take it easy take the time
Don't let the burn ruin your prime

Welcome to Streetball Strategies! I’m Tony. I’ve dedicated my life to exploring my potential for streetball mastery.
I wasn’t born with standard basketball talent. I’m not tall. At best I was average of speed, quickness, and jumping ability. Also, I’m very nearsighted, with sensitivity to light. Because of this, any court I stepped on I was automatically the least talented player at hand. But I loved ball. And I wanted to be able to compete with anyone who stepped up by pushing myself to discover the extent of my abilities.
Without conventional talent at my disposal, I soon learned that even the sharpest and most polished basketball skill set would only level the playing field for me so much. I was still at a noticeable disadvantage on the court. So, I began to explore unusual avenues of streetball manipulation. Aspects of the game that were sorely overlooked by my contemporaries. Regardless of how small or seemingly insignificant, I looked for every advantage to improve my game even just the slightest bit more. Over time, I combined all of those small advantages (strategies), with good old fashioned hard-work to not only compete with any player in my path but elevate my game to heights I never could’ve imagined.
That’s what I want to do for you. This isn't a channel about streetball ankle breakers, or streetball moves, or streetball highlights or even plain ol' basketbal highlights. It's not even really about basketball drills. I want to teach hardcore streetballers who may not be very talented how to discover the depths of their own potential using strategies more gifted or accomplished players would probably not even consider. And by doing this, establishing a streetball legacy of their own.

This version of the TF-250 is of much higher quality than what Spalding sells in Europe. I have a REACT TF-250 and its panels have much sharper edges. I do like it though for outdoor play. Great vid 👍

This ball has been my favorite. At first it didn’t bounce but I kept playing with it and the bounce got a lot better. But it does lose air at the end of the day all you gotta do is pump it back up and then it’s good.

The ripples in the 3x3 basketball is based off an older wilson basketball called the "Wave' it was supposed to help with air distribution and rotation when you shoot the ball. Personally i think it was just old gimmicks being repackaged just like the Terrible 2006 Spaulding cross traction NBA basketball now being called the spaulding tf-33.

    • @StreetballStrategies
      @StreetballStrategies Місяць тому

I’m not aware of the TF-33 but I do remember the Wave. I liked it. It wasn’t amazing or anything, and it was gimmicky but at least it was something different and it didn’t really hurt performance. I do think that wave technology is a good implementation for the 3X3, though.

    • @bobheyotue9850
      @bobheyotue9850 Місяць тому

@ oh the TF-33 is hard to smoke by it’s either you have the 3x3 version of it or you have the Red Bull half court version. The Red Bull half court Tf-33 comes in a size 7 so it’s more closer to the old NBA than the 3x3 model

In my opinion it could use a bit more pebbling I get that it is use on mainly rubber sectional courts but gets dirty really quickly and even with the leather conditioner I use on it still looses it’s “leathery” feel. I have to order a molten 3x3 or a Spaulding tf-33 to check the difference on the better ball.

In my experience (56 years old) the things I can do better than younger players (including myself at younger age) is IQ: - faster recognizing AND adapting to the strengths and weaknesses of individual players and the teams as a whole (both own and other) - knowing a broader variety of (counter)strategies - both individually as a team - effectiveness ... esp. in shooting - generally shooting: Older player often have a better percentage in shooting (esp mid-range); not at least because of knowing WHERE they have their sweet spots.

@@StreetballStrategies Maybe that's because they all are copying Curry & Co... but they forget that THEY themselves DONT have - a 3PP over 40% (ingame). and - plays run for them the same way as Golden State. At age 53 and getting back into playing after about a 15 year break in consistent play my focus is being as athletic possible, injury prevention and playing at a lighter weight (10-15lbs lighter) than my normal playing weight. The great thing about being an older player is the skillset doesn’t disappear. It’s a matter of being in good enough shape to get the body to perform the way the mind tells it to. I want to enjoy playing again and not get injured while also playing for the rest of my life.
