He aumentado mucho de peso y es bien difícil bajar y volver a un peso ideal dentro de mi edad , pues también tengo hipotiroidismo. Pero la ansiedad y la depresión es un factor que no ayuda . Entiendo lo de tu esposo los varones no pueden entender los ciclos de las mujeres. No te de por vencida .
