Going up the CALGARY TOWER: what can we see? Is it as good as Blackpool?
Today, we are going up the Calgary Tower, one of Canada's tallest structures. It was specifically built in competition with a similar tower in Vancouver, and they just kept adding bits during the building process to ensure that it was definitely taller than its Vancouver counterpart.
What will we see from the top? Is it as good as Blackpool Tower?

I fulfil a childhood dream and go up Blackpool Tower (you tend not to bother when you see it regularly). Will I see the Isle of Man? Will I see the whole county of Lancashire? What to pack for a three-night break away. If you're regularly bringing stuff back unused, it's because you didn't need it! Packing light is the key. I went up blackpool tower with my friend emma. We braved it and went onto the outside viewing deck. The view was very good but my god it was so windy up there, our dresses were blowing up over our heads as we struggle to hold them down. Happy days and we still laugh about now. 🌬🌬🌬👗👗
Oh I can imagine! The outside deck was closed when I went up, presumably because of the weather and I doubt we would have seen any more than we did. Thanks for watching.
@@Worldwithkaren yes, you probberly had the same view as us. we just wanted to experience it on the outside deck for fun. But we did not expect the wind, it was a hell of a job trying to hold down are dresses down. It was so embarrassing so we decided to go inside away from the wind.

where is located the button to change language? Is it also possible to pay by cash?
Hi, the screen to change language is at 0:04. As far as cash is concerned, the machine we were using was card only, but it's quite confusing because there are different types of machines. Maybe some accept cash.
Ah, I've just checked the renfe website and it says the machines are card only. Maybe you can pay cash at a ticket office.
