Abdullah Mason is Most Vulnerable When… Just watch the film. It’s pretty simple stuff if you just break it down. I guess I know nothing because I pointed it out in his previous fight and what do you know.. gets dropped twice in his very next fight exactly how I called it in his analysis. But hey… I know nothing 🤷🏾♂️ and the funny thing is that he was still doing the exact same thing on his las...

Great vid. Great agenda. I'll do it. Thanks :)
No problem. All this info is from Muhammad Ali and Tom Brady. I just combined it for the benefit of boxers 😅
🔥🔥🔥🔥
Does eating before exercise cause cramps
Depends on the kind of food and how many minutes or hours before a workout. Any heavy food should be saved after a gym session. Cramps is one thing. Throwing up heavy food that didn’t digest is a whole other thing.
Tell me the name of this punch
Ward vs Bivol has been in the making for 6 yrs . Saudis will make this fight.
Goofy Ole monkey boy
Fight me
You covered so much in this. You probably saved someone’s life😂😂🔥💪🏽💯 Frfr
Just trying to be as helpful as I can haha 😅
@@Universityofboxing This is good work bro. Things it took me years to put together you covered in seconds. I don’t fight I just respect good work. I’m subscribing and good luck on your journey bro🔥💪🏽💯
@@CLSicks yeah because trainers don’t like to teach multiple stances (they teach one stance), but you will notice when studying professionals that they use multiples stances. I think most boxers take years to learn this as well because of what is being taught by trainers. There’s no real educational structure in boxing even though it’s called the “sweet science” haha but this video applies to everything else in boxing. Different punches for each range, different footwork, defense, and tactics for each range. Those will be in my next videos!
Masterclass
So glad I clicked on this. Good stuff
And I clicked on this because I thought there was a secret boxing technique.
Should bring the grodex reflex bag with you on the road.
Still at it? Had a bout?
hey man, which gym do u box at? maybe we could go for a sparring sesh
Kayat ku mapan dita😅
I don’t get the difference between it and an uppercut
How it was taught to me Imagine a Clock and imagine its points 3,6,9,12 A hook is side to side 3-9,9-3 An uppercut it down and up 6-12 A shovel hook/“Hooker-Cut” is inbetween both a hook and uppercut 5-11, 7-1 etc.
@@tr3ball_wavey473 thank you very much that actually made a lot of sense!
@@sapphire3048 lol ofc 🫡🥊

Sugar Ray Leonard said that running is important. All boxers from the beginning of the sport to now have ran.

A Lesson from a heavyweight who hit's like a Middleweight
About to get my CDL & want to be doing some boxing training at truck stops in the mornings or after driving. Glad to know someone else out here doing it up!
Great knowledge.
Where's the credit to Smitty and Inthiscornertv?
A lifetime of knowledge condensed into five minutes. To the novice this all looks so simple. To those who have actually competed before, this is the game from front to back. I'm glad Ward got into the Hall of Fame - richly deserved. I only wish he'd fought on for a little longer. 32 is a young age to retire for a light heavy but I know why he did - health comes first.
