Abdullah Mason is Most Vulnerable When… Just watch the film. It’s pretty simple stuff if you just break it down. I guess I know nothing because I pointed it out in his previous fight and what do you know.. gets dropped twice in his very next fight exactly how I called it in his analysis. But hey… I know nothing 🤷🏾‍♂️ and the funny thing is that he was still doing the exact same thing on his las...

Depends on the kind of food and how many minutes or hours before a workout. Any heavy food should be saved after a gym session. Cramps is one thing. Throwing up heavy food that didn’t digest is a whole other thing.

@@CLSicks yeah because trainers don’t like to teach multiple stances (they teach one stance), but you will notice when studying professionals that they use multiples stances. I think most boxers take years to learn this as well because of what is being taught by trainers. There’s no real educational structure in boxing even though it’s called the “sweet science” haha but this video applies to everything else in boxing. Different punches for each range, different footwork, defense, and tactics for each range. Those will be in my next videos!

A lifetime of knowledge condensed into five minutes. To the novice this all looks so simple. To those who have actually competed before, this is the game from front to back. I'm glad Ward got into the Hall of Fame - richly deserved. I only wish he'd fought on for a little longer. 32 is a young age to retire for a light heavy but I know why he did - health comes first.
