This was its first flight with motor. Very happy with the performance.
It's been a very long time.... What is the status of your build ?
what material is used for the rod in the hull that goes into the elevator adjuster? Mayby steel is too heavy?
Great job! Very cool.
Did you use 1/16” or 1/8” thick planking?
Superb !!!
nice work, where did you get the laser parts cutting , do you have the dfx files and plans for the model. very nice
awesome project🔥 What glue do you use to glue the frame to the wing skin?
Hi Dan, sorry to contact you via this. Are you willing to share the files from the Swoop plane? It look amazing! Thanks!
Dan where can I find the needles pin tags that you are using in your build?
Where can you find the pins you are using on your build?
Looking forward for the next episodes...
Awesome Dan! Great building!
Where did you get the pins
Привет, подскажи, где найти файлы и чертёж этого самолета
nice videos for all builders nice work you could put a short video on the tools you are use on the plan constructio, thanks
WOW...
Sauber, cool so geht Modellbau 🤘
Nice work the wing jig was a nice addition to the build… looking forward to part 8
Thanks 👍
Hola saludos amigo en donde consigo ese kit o los planos excelente trabajo

You're welcome!
Nice work, especially the wing jig!👍
Really exceptional, love you work

I'm going to release the files once it's flown
The design and parts fit of this plane is pure art !! I will follow this build to the first flight, and any other builds you do in the future. I would like to see more of your design work on the computer to produce the drawings for the laser cutter also.
👍👍👍
Thanks for the content. Great to see pattern plane builds. Where can I buy plans for pattern planes like this style?
Maravilha, uma delicadeza e precisão só. Parabéns.
Super nice work
Thank you! Cheers!
Para cuando el nuevo video de las alas? When do you put the video of the Wings?
Today hopefully!
Are you working in the wings yet.
Video going up today
Nice work! landscape mode please.
It is in landscape
Beautifull ..... the cut files can be dowloaded?
Soon they will be able to yes
Un travail formidable, mais alors la musique !!!!!
What glue do you use ? Is it permanent (waterproof) ? It seems to cure very quickly.
I've got a very large assortment of balsa wood that I've picked up over the years cause I used to do a lot of scratch building from plans that I got! Your videos make me want to do it again! I've just recently started flying again from a 20 year break and I used to just fly glow powered planes but I've started back with a few foamies that are electric and have converted some glow planes to electric stuff but I've still got a huge selection of gas and glow engines!
Totally awesome work! What size is it going to be? You have definitely mastered the art of building RC planes!
Awesome work! You've got to be the best builder I've seen! I used to think I was good until I saw your videos lol!
What wood glue are you using besides the thin CA?
Where can you get your wood laser cut like that?
Awesome build! Looks like it is going to be really light weight! Are you building it for electric power? That's some of the best work I've ever seen! I thought I was pretty good but I guess not!
При кінці відео, чрловік допустив серйозну конструктивну помилку. Двигуч причіпив до тонкої частини корпусу. Один, два польоти і конструкція поломиться.
It won't. It will be fine
Man, nice work on everything... I use DAP fast n final skimmed over everything, and don't worry about the pin holes. It dries light as dust and sands smooth as glass before you cover. Just wonder if you've ever used the windex method of bending balsa sheets.
The saddest part of this hobby is that all that time goes to waste in just one second of hard landing...
Well your a clever Andy superb builder Dan, unfortunately not many people can produce a modern F3a model which is a pity, I built and competed with four of my own designs in the 80s most of us did it was part of the fun.
I know this video is a bought a month old...but I REALLY want to know about that music....the guitar playing at the end was Aaaaaaasome....could you please tell me what CD it is PLEASE....
Sorry I don't know, it's just a track that you can use on the app I use to make the video.
The Stella Artois must be used for " Lubrication " ,,,
Lubricates me very well 😁
❤❤❤👍
Currently building an MK Arrow F3A plane from days of Yore, What a change in construction techniques between the 70s/80s F3A scene and the current one. You model is looking awesome, I hope it flies well.
Cheers. I would say though that this type of building isn't typical of a modern day f3a model, the majority of f3a models now are composite. I guess it's easier to 'mass' produce composite models than wood ones. Not as much fun to build though!

Ugh, planking! It works but man…
