Most incorrect way to run a ratchet I’ve ever seen. If you were ever to have a DOT inspection, it would immediately fail. You should NEVER, pull the strap to tightness before ratcheting. There needs to be more than three rotations of bite on the strap.

Bought one in Jan 24. Never could get the battery to hold more than a 10% charge. Appears to be a problem with Sena based on similar reports online. Harley is accepting it back as it come with a 5 year warranty. Not worth the $330 if the communication module is defective.

Most helpful would be installing a kickstand on both sides of the bike. Set the opposite-side kickstand down first, then do the lifting. So regardless of which side the motorcycle is laying on, you will always have a kickstand extended to take the weight once it's slightly past vertical. It will just settle on the kickstand on the opposite side. In that way, you won't have to lift one foot off the ground to deploy the same side kickstand while still trying to balance a 700 lb bike

Why did they leave the headlight chrome and not LED. We are spending $30k on a motorcycle give us a proper LED lamps all around quit being cheap.
