Possibly because she has a more specific focus? Regular Neuro is allowed to talk about anything that isn't Filtered, whereas Evil Neuro probably has some kind of parameter set to make her more savage. Regular Neuro is sweet and savage by turns, but Evil Neuro is more confined to the margin between hostile and Filtered, so that might be why she's more consistent. It would be interesting to see an experiment from Vedal to see if he could make an Angel Neuro who only ever says nice things.
