If you are travelling solo, then jaldi se pehle hi chadh Gaye to kahi na kahi ek seat to mil hi jayega... But if you are with family, then kabhi kabhi peak hours me sahi seat nahi mil pata hai.. aur morning and evening k waqt, ye koi occasion ya festival k waqt kabhi zyada rush hua to standing me bhi Jana pad sakta hai.. Every hotel doesn't accept unmarried couple entries, but there are certain hotels which are couple friendly and accept the same. So at the time of booking you can check rules of that particular hotel mentioned in the hotel booking website and then proceed further to book the same. Thank you 😊👍🏼

As per my experience it was awesome... We selected the cruise timing with international food menu, where a few veg dishes were there, and rest all were non veg food along with salad, starter, fruits, desert, alcohol and many more things included in it. Similarly Apollo greams road is the main branch but they also have many other speciality branches all over Chennai. So if you tell the exact branch locations of both the hospitals, I will be able to guide you 😊👍🏼

Ok got it... So I will suggest you to stay near the Apollo area only if your schedule is for two to three weeks of stay. Because Adyar is a bit posh area where the prices are always high. But just opposite to the Apollo hospital there are lots of basic rooms available for monthly as well as daily rental at a very affordable price. And in rental rooms or Homestays or PG rooms you will get kitchen, but typically in hotels there will be no kitchen. (Also as an international visitor, you can ask the Apollo team. In some places they also have agent contacts, who can provide you good rooms in that locality itself, with a bit of commission charges). And the distance between both the hospitals are approximately 9 to 10 km. And there are city buses between these two places, or you can hire a cab/auto also... (Just for your convenience Keep Ola, Uber & Rapido app in you mobile for instant ride booking within Chennai) Thank you 😊👍🏼

In my opinion if you have children and traveling with family, then better to pay a bit more and go via private ferries only. (You can select "green ocean" type ferries for budget travel instead of Macruzz or similar types of catamaran high speed ferries) Because these ferries are mostly on time, take lesser travel hours, and also have easy and simple online booking options. Whereas government ferry schedules are not planned much in advance, also booking procedure can be a bit hectic, and sometimes due to bad weather or some other reason, these ferries get cancelled also without any prior notice. If you are planning for one month stay, then i will suggest you to go for some apartment rental, which will be much cheaper. But for a budget hotel you can check for "AM RESIDENCY" which is near Fortis Malar hospital. Hi Prakash. The zero ticket which you are talking about is actually a Break Journey Ticket, where you can book the entire journey at a stretch with the main ticket and zero ticket having the details of both of your train journey with two different PNRs. But unfortunately this ticket facility is still only available via window booking only. Its not available online yet. Via online you can do a connecting journey booking as shown in this video where you will get refunded for the second journey in case your first train is delayed and you are not able to catch the second train from the desired station due to the delay. (But in connecting journey booking there is no concession in the train tickets. You will be paying same amount what you pay when you book both the tickets separately from IRCTC website). You can call the toll free railway helpline no. 139 and confirm the same officially. And if they say yes, then just raise a complaint on the spot via"Rail Madad app' or via the same 139 no. itself against the staff over the counter.. (Maximum 48 hours of one break journey is possible when you travel at least more than 500 km. And another one more break journey you can take for another 48 hours if you travel more than 1000 km. And currently Break journey is available on mail and express trains in sleeper class category only. And many of my viewers have opted for this recently and they have also done comments on my break journey video regarding queries for their availed break journey ticket). Thank you 😊👍🏼
