Thank you for posting your useful videos. Personally, I read question first and go to read the paragraph. However, I doubt sometimes on answer choices and go back again to read paragraphs with a hurry which decreases my concentration and I don't know what to do to fix this. It should be noted that without timing I almost answer correctly.

I have scored 6.5 in IELTS then I did 2 months of TOEFL preparation and I scored exactly 80. I needed a band 7 or a score of 90 and I FAILED at both 😢. Luckily I did not quit and I am planning to take TOEFL again and hopefully I can make it.
