bro the latest version is asaking for serial no. and the version you used is asking to check if microsoft c++ redestructible 2008 and 2010 is installed. even after installing it says the same and closes itself

My carrier is tmb ,but when i check firmware for it. CSC doesn't match,should i flash or not.the question is csc should be matching or not ? And can i flash tmb firmware without checking csc?

I entered the IMS settings through an activity launcher and was able to do the whole process from there. However, the RCS settings are turned off anytime I restart my phone. This makes me unable to switch the google RCS on
