ASHA Lecture series 2 As a Doctor how do I know if I am stressed or Burnout
This is an interview and discussion with Dr Abhinav Chichra, Associate Professor of Psychiatry, CMC, Vellore. Dr. Chichra has done research in the area of doctors stress and in this interview explains how doctors could recognise stress and burnout. He also discusses some correlates of doctors stress such as empathy fatigue and lack of autonomy. He explains how stress experience might differ between doctors in the West and those in the East.
