Is the NCB a plausible bible for the trinity, I will be pulling verses from it to find out starting with Adam and Eve and ending in todays baptism. Adam and Eve were the 1st to sin and the 1st 2 to be saved ( Genesis 3:21 ) The Lord made clothing for the man and the woman out of animal skins and he clothed them, the blood was the sin offering because life is in the blood ( Genesis 4:10 ) { Abel's } blood cries out to me from the soil. This was the sacrifice for sin in the old testament until 1 day in ( John 1:29 ) John says " Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world ". So ( Acts 22:16 ) ... get up be baptized and have your sins washed away { calling on his name } ( 1 John 1:7 ) then we have fellowship with 1 another and the blood of Jesus his Son purifies us from all sin. How does this happen ( 1 John 5:7-8 ) Thus there are 3 witnesses, the Spirit, the water, and the blood and these 3 are as 1. How they come together is by {calling on Jesus name }, when you { call on Jesus name } in comes his Spirit, the in comes his blood and it mixes in with the water and when you get down into the water there's a washing and a cleansing that makes your spirit white as snow. ( Hebrews 9:22 explains it this way: Indeed, under the law almost everything is purified by blood, and { without the shedding of blood there is no forgiveness }. Now I cannot show you his Spirit, it's invisible, and I can't show you his blood shed at Cavalry, but I can show you the water. It's the only water that can save you, the water with the blood in it and the only way you can get it applied is { in the name of Jesus } ( Acts 4:12-13 ) There is no other name under heaven that you can be saved. But you say I was baptized as an infant,{ no blood, no forgiveness}, you can go down to the river and be dunked 3 times,{ no blood, no forgiveness, } but what of all of those baptized, Father, Son, Holy Spirit, { no blood, no forgiveness. } ( Ephesians 4:5 ) 1 Lord, 1 faith, 1 baptism. It's for every 1 no exceptions
