Just got mine in FDE and had first shots. I have the Huxwrx Ventum 762 on mine but still going to get the KNS Piston. Also have the Cloud Defensive 3.0, Meprolight RDS Pro V2, Meprolight MMX3 magnifier and, Mepro FUBS. Sweet setup. My new favorite AK for sure!

Seal team and sf operators upgrade to his kits. All gear is top notch, made in America . Rip away design for quick deployment and organized for the marche algorithm . They even offer the best training both in person and online. There guarantee is you break we replace it. Also if you use your kit to save a life they replace what you use. i just don’t think it’s too great of a product, i mean yes it has most of what you’ll need but there’s so much extra filler. as a combat medic, ff/emt i’ve always just built my own packs

The kit appears to be rather comprehensive, but has some obvious drawbacks. As a former paramedic and Navy HM, I recommend not using a backpack for medical gear, if you're in the bush for any length of time you're going to need field and sustainment gear, and you'll need to carry it. I prefer a large messenger type bag, and then only by virtue of being the team or platoon medical asset. Secondly, the items aren't organized well. You'll want your equipment organized into subject specific compartments: Airway management, bleed control, open chest wounds, skeletal injuries and immobilization, etc. My 2 cents. If you haven't been trained in using specific items [ suturing, needle chest decompression ], you run a significant risk of doing more harm than good.
