How long Did it take to cut it through?
😂

You're definitely not supposed to let the chromium fly into the atmosphere like that... the orange smoke is literal 'death by lung cancer' just floating about. thanks.😂
I thought somebody got pneumonia?
@Dragon-Slay3r it may do that, too Chromium dust is volatile af bro
Band saw? Unless it's like 65 Rockwell

Might wanna start at the edge and work across so the slag drains away and permits a lot faster cutting....
Ketna kg pressure se cutting hatahai
How many tanks of oxygen per rod??
Good video
Wonder if this could get through a bunker door
Id have thought so, will (as shown here) go through steel noatter how thick, and will also cut concrete
If you get it going it can melt literally anything on earth. So yes a bunker door but it just might be a pain. Easier if your pipe is loaded with rods.
should show the other lancing Footage best safety footage in the world -- Old Des Fowler
good to see you guys still using my lancing video --- old Des Fowler
I'm making these now
That's old mate over there.....Lance .
Cool video
Hello my name is Ashok, I have worked for four years in Thermal Lance Cutting at MegaSteel Company in Malaysia. I now live in India. It is enough to pay a very low salary. Can I get a sponsor visa? I will be true to you. My family is very poor. Please help me
1000 AUD for a few parts that come to 80 dollars. What a total con. Build it yourself and make your own rods.

Thanks .. I'm inspired. Greetings from one profession. Greetings from Indonesia

I use lance everything, I like to use my lance to soldering computer components to taking out old relay switches in my sweet sweet 99' ford f 150.

So, basically a giant sparkler?
They sent Julian down under already
So i have been using sparklers all wrong I guess..
Corto unos semejantes. De 3m×80cm. La prendo con mostradores de carbon

@@luciannaalejandravasquezbo7491 bueno : una especie de tubo de cartón quemado. la verdad no se para q los ocupaban. Saludos
We can cut that shit all day long with oxygen & propane.
Can anyone understand wtf that guy is saying?

I can understand him fine. He is Australian.
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Can't really understand what Thermic Lansing is. I guess it's just oxygen gas
I mean, you could take five seconds to google it. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thermal_lance
Yo lo puedo cortar con torcha derecha tip #8 o basuca pero no en 8 second
Lightsabre would cut it like butter in 8 seconds!!..... or less!!...
Karl Dunne uhm did you even see the phantom menace?

Running mag rods all day or jacking off a donkey there are about fifty fifty as far as which one I'd want to do less.

Бестолочь
Must take ages
with a hand saw centuries.
they don't know what they are doing..its a waste in oxygen. need a shot gun torch.
Streigh torch tip #8
I already use that lancing pipe...
are they trying to cut it or gouge it? you want to cut it then you need to start on the edge and gradually work your way through the thickness
Not with a thermic lance you don't. Its not a cutting torch.
I produce here Oxygen lance E-mail:weidongli5888@Gmail.com
@@snowflakemelter1172 its still the best operating procedure for thermic lance too, if you read about them all books show this method for optimal cutting of beams or large objects starting on the edge and using a sawing motion to go through towards the centre, much easier than trying to pierce a hole through and then going from there

Any of you guys ever use these n demo jobs and just took two thick wood blocks on fire between them, and just stuck the end in there and turned on the oxy slowly to light 'em off? As opposed to a laborer with a hand torch or trying to use the molten slag to get going?
Bro, stick a piece of steel wool in the end and light it with a cigarette lighter or a 9v battery😉 it works. They also make these reactive metal tube tips that start on their own when you hit the O. I like your wood block idea, too.
@@analogplanet9675 That's a good one-I am surprised I never thought of that! AND I used to teach novices basic oxy-propane cutting and used to do just that with steel wool - light it - to demonstrate that steel is combustible and the torch oxidizes and does NOT melt the steel! (Along with showing a trick of getting a hot run going through thick plate and then shutting off the flame while continuing the cut with just the oxygen ripping into the burning steel!)..........In the '90s cutting bridges in Chicago for Metra with lance bars due to all the rust and gravel in the decking, to separate the pans from the plate girder sides, we started with a couple short railroad ties on fire in between to light off the bars. I was at a facility once and seen guys with a car battery hooked to 2 parallel pieces of angle iron close together and rapidly drag the end along the edges to make a connection while the oxygen was flowing! That one seemed a little Rube Goldberg!.......I always wondered what was in the end of the reactive bars. I always thought it might be Potassium Chlorate. never had a chance to try it out as a DIY trick!!
This idiot doesnt know how to cut metal
this idiot doesnt know how to read
read what
from what I heard they are still cutting it till this day
I produce here Oxygen lance E-mail:weidongli5888@Gmail.com
There's a whisper in the wind and it says they are still cutting to this day
yes , after 13 years they still not finished
ihr habt doch keine ahnung, wie man mit der lanze schneidet.
not much expieriance these guys
+Marc Nyssens Right, shouldn't they be starting the pass away from themselves then progressing toward themselves? This way the molten metal doesn't puddle in front of the lance. Am I right?
+Marc Nyssens what´s up desktop General
That’s why it says training you clown @marc nyssens

Amigo yo trabajo en eso y cuando tienes práctica lo ases de volada pero con torchas derechas y boquilla del #8 o usamos una que se llama basuca y corta como no tiene idea d rápido saludos desde Houston tx GSD scrap
Would a really long carbon arc rod with air pressure work?
+jed moffitt More like the same reaction that make steel wool burn. It's just steel rusting in the presence of oxygen.
No the longer the rod is the more fragile it becomes it would constantly break
That would take years on a piece of steel that large, even with hundreds of amps.
Do they work on heavy cast iron also?
