1979 Cessna Silver Eagle
This aircraft is a beautiful example of an O&N Silver Eagle that was converted in April 2001. In 2013 it had a panel upgrade along with engine hot section and power turbine enhancement. The engine has a plus 18.1 T/O and plus 15.4 in cruise. At 16,000 feet this SE has a TAS of 203 knots (that is about 5 hours of burn time with 34 minutes reserve). Additionally, all foam trailing edges of elevator have been upgraded and a new windscreen installed. The interior boasts new leather stitched yokes, BAS shoulder harness system, Rosen Visor’s. It has also undergone an avionics upgrade which included Garmin G-500 and dual GTN-750’s. The autopilot was upgraded to S-TEC 55X with altitude pre-select. It also has Garmin ADSP out transponder, strike finder, active ship to ship traffic and a new master caution with warning light. This SE has a Horton STOL wing with full de-ice, and has VG’s. This gorgeous aircraft is ready to go and includes a fresh annual inspection which was done Feb 2016!

Great video is this plane still flying are there other P-210 silver eagles with this set up ? I own a 182 S and would love to upgrade. Thanks
Dr.----Why not switch to a TBM or even a Piper M700 for the performance Far in excess of your fine Silver Eagle ? Note you are at only 203 kts at 16,000.
Just love the sound of a turbine starting
"I like the upgrade. This was a very good build Doc. Thank you for the presentation, it was well understood."
She is a beautiful turbine beast
I HAVE FLOWN t-210 AND THE ARE GREAT!
PropJet 210 is basically in my backyard, i feel very honored to live within driving distance of such an amazing company.
Not bad for a 42 year old plane , how much money did it cost to convert it from a piston engine to a turbine engine ?? How do you apraise an aircraft that has been so heavily modified ??
Please do not bring your profession in a hubby. First names alone please.
Doctor is his title. It goes in his name.
Spinner has a little wobble there...
This plane is for sale right?
Nice!
I have a 1979 P-210N and love it. Having said that I would love the Silver Eagle. Great airplane !!!
I flew a T-210. Such a nice plane to fly. I would love to fly a turbine!
omg it sounds so nice trubin eingine
Poderoso cesna, esse avião é muito bom.
He seems very proud of himself
how many knot’s does it true out at 20k feet
100 hp and 2x fuel burn 500k upgrades.... or stock 210 500k fuel allowance 🤑🙄
Seems like a lot of money for a bit more performance than a Turbo P210
Jim Bacon I can see why he needs to sell...
ads-b???? yet??
Idiot!!!
How about an Epic? 2 million. Lot of payload and...new. An old Meridian?
I wish I can take a ride in it.
I have just come across your video. Its really a very nice modification. May i get your email contacts please. I would love to know how much it costed you to do this nice modifications, and where you did it. what is the rate of fuel burn with this new Engine? Is it affordable to fly it regularly? Thanks.
Multa vorbateala am inteles ca e turnat motor
There was a gap in the market of single engine turboprops 20 yrs ago. Now there are many makes and models, TBM700-850, PC12, Cessna Caravan, Piper M500-M600, there are alternatives to conversions. Since these planes have been out for almost 20 years, you can buy a good used single engine turboprop for under $900,000. The dedicated planes tend to be bigger than the P210....
Nice Aircraft
I think I'd rather have a Platus pc 12 for what you have in the P210
Good luck with your quarter PC12. It will be fun looking at it because that is all you can do until you buy the remaining 3/4 of the plane.
Nothing in the title or your narration do you actually say you're trying to sell this bird. If this is a sales pitch, say so. Your description doesn't even say it's up for sale.
price??????
1979 foi o ano em que nasci! é lindo esse avião!
Two million five hundred thousand, bargain at any price!!
What a perfect beauty!
I have 500 hours in a 1981 P210N,,,,0520,,,,sad performance
I am in love with this aircraft, beautiful!! I love flying the 210!
The Cessna TurboRG182 is a far better to fly, I've flown the all, was a Multi Engine District Mgr. Besides the twins, the Turbo RG182 is sweet, I hated the P210.
Would love to take a Cessna 210 RG pressurized model, and customize it to what I feel would be an awesome aircraft. Here's the dream: Strengthen and reinforce the wing-spars/ribs, 2. Add two turbo charged powered ducted fans, one under each wing and as close to the fuselage as possible, for increased center-line thrust, 3. Replace as many parts/panels, etc. as possible with carbon fiber materials, 4. Lose all of the steam gauges/radios and replace with "just enough" glass avionics/instrumentation/radios, so as to help keep the weight to a minimum, 5. Add a nose intake, that would house a back-up emergency electric wind turbine, 6. Replace original cowling with a more modern, light weight composite, rounded nosed cowling, 7. Have interior completely upgraded, adding the latest/greatest in noise insulation, 8. Mount (2) 10" Tablet, articulating mounts just aft of the front seats, 9. Add a FADEC, 10. Replace the "push"/"pull" throttle, with a more sportier T-handle throttle, 10. New paint of course. 11. Add Vortex wing generators, 12. Replace the wing tips with composite winglets. That's about it. Go ahead and laugh, make jokes, but I think it would look very sleek, modern and simply be one awesome aircraft! If you took the time to read all of this, thanks! Your thoughts?
Donald Donaldson I know, right!
meh, just buy a citation and get it over with lol.
SpaXpert lol
keep dreaming, it's free.
thumb down for the low video quality to show us a hundreds of thousand of dollars airplane in 2016/2017
MrEurocup Thumbs down to whiner with a five second attention span.
What a SWEET plane!
What is the service ceiling or this aircraft? And what is cruise speed at that flight level?
I wish I could buy that plane
