@@mixmax1953 there is not rush from me to get to the premier league but the reason why we want to be there is obvious. The money that will come into the club would change the club dramatically. To compete you need money, right now we don’t really have that.

@@DCFC444 the problem is we easily compete with everyone. Every team has their own style, ours is to contain and counter. We do it well. We should’ve won yesterday and I can think of many other games where we should’ve got more points.

I hear what your saying & to a degree I agree we do play well we do look good majority of the games but it’s no good matching our opposition for 80 minutes of the game we need to do it 90+ alls I’m hearing is we should of, if we had done this, we deserved to win but..we need to tighten up latter stages of the match don’t want a habit forming 🤷🏻‍♀️

@@terrykirkland4452 nyambe is a few weeks away according to Warne, cash will be mid to late Jan from what I’ve heard. Ozoh I’m not entirely sure what the issue is, based on what Warne has said I get the impression his problem is more mental than physical. They will be like new signings once they are back mind you!

@@jackmartin4675 he’s certainly coming to the end of his careers we’ve spent the last 5/6 years trying to replace and failed. At some point we won’t have a choice.

@fsd-music he certainly looks like he’d be a good guy, got some decent interest from elsewhere so I hope if we do make a move that we get it done early doors in January.

@@andytyrrell5153 I agree we definitely need new experienced players at wing back to replace the likes of Fozzy. But we also need to increase our quality on the wings. CBT hasn’t made his mark yet and I think Barkhuizen will be moved on either in January or the summer.

@@crashbang756 I don’t disagree but I’m sure we can all agree if we had 8-10 more points on the board we wouldn’t have been surprised. Norwich, Sheff Wed, Swansea, Plymouth and Hull are all games where we could’ve taken more then we did but for one reason or another we didn’t.

@@geoffjennings5427 I’m unsure on the whole CBT thing, Warne chased him for nearly 12 months just to play him out of position or not play him at all. I feel bad for CBT but can also understand why the fans have their own opinions. I love Wilson, think he’s brilliant when we are on it. But he’s one of those players who similar to Adams, excels in one category but has big downsides in the others. Appreciate your comment

@@ThePortsmouthfcnews I disagree that teams finish where they deserve. Luck plays a huge factor at times in my opinion and I don’t always believe in the narrative that it comes back around. We dropped a fair few games last season due to the opposition getting lucky etc. But yeah into this season, I think you’ve been unlucky at times and tomorrow will be a very tense encounter for both sides. May the best team win! 🐏

Had the Rams, like you say, have been abit more consistent at the start of last season…things would have been different but you fully deserved the title…but another stat sums up how close it was…even with our poor start…had we of beaten you both home & away instead of letting in late goals both times we’d have won the league…but it’s shoulda woulda coulda…you fully deserved it last season….onto tonight I think another draw will probably be the FT score…we have the advantage being at home but you came from behind twice last season & I think it’ll be another even game & points shared…good luck tonight & for the season…here’s hoping we both survive 💪🏼⚽️🐏🫡

@@ianarcher1144simply put, they probably won’t. But if they do I think it’ll because he’s guaranteed game-time with us. We’re lacking quality in the forward line and if we bought him in then the win would be to improve that.

He won't suit our style of hoofball... love him at derby but reckon we're third choice in what currently is a three horse race
