Because the monthly payment would change depending on the rate you lock in and each persons own financial circumstances after speaking with the lender. The down payment on the other hand, will always be 3.5% required with an FHA loan. doesn't change. Of course, California is more expensive compared to other states. I wouldn’t blame anyone wanting to leave California, but for those that still want to enjoy what California does have to offer and maybe have some family/friends here, Bakersfield does offer great options 🙌🏻 Homes about half the price compared to other cities in Los Angeles and the Coast. but yes, you can get a home double the size for the same price in Texas. 👍🏻

yes, this is something that a lot of buyers are not aware of. You can use the credit provided to you from the builder to buy down the interest rate and it will lower it for the entire 30 year term.🙌🏻
