Worst experience ever at the Grand Tulum. We have stayed at numerous All-Inclusive Resorts and this was by far the worst for food, customer service, room accommodations (our room looked nothing like your video showed and we paid for a balcony), etc, etc. We will never come back to this resort.

I just got back from there. The rooms were ok, but not clean. Needs a total update! There was not enough plugs to charge our phones and iPads. You either had a light, or had to unplug it to charge your phone. Had to have maintenance come right away because the lamps didn’t work. God knows what that was on the walls in the bathroom. Shower was moldy. The whole room smelled like mold. Other than that, everyone was super nice. The employees are hard working and super nice. Had a great time when outside our room. Walked out of our room and there was a giant roach dying on the sidewalk. At least it was outside our room and was dying. I wouldn’t go again. We went for a wedding and it was beautiful. Seeing family made up for the room for me this time.

The waterslide area and kids friendly stuff, was that actually at this resort? I haven't seen anything else posted about it.

This place is nothing like the picture or video. I do not recommend. This is where the airport puts people up when their flights are cancelled. This video is very misleading. It’s under construction and wide open to the heat.

We were there and it was a cheap hotel with very disgusting food. The reception manager Jorge was extremely professional and helpful. He was the only PLUS along with kid zone's staff. The rest was awful

As other comments note, these are not all inclusive, and even 2 years ago they weren’t. This is misleading.

This was pretty accurate. Just came bk from having stayed at Diamond club. Our butler, Kelvin, was amazing but that rest of the staff, especially when checking in, were not friendly at all, and not helpful. Food was good at certain restaurants but some were really bad. Water park was good but very restrictive so we only visited once during our wk stay, and beach needed to be cleaner. All the pools were great though and wait staff and the bartenders were all wonderful. We had a “nice” time but really hoping it would have been better.

Thanks for the info. I know they now have a 'Daily Resort Fee' but were there any other 'undisclosed or unexpected fees' at check out?

Went there in July and it was the worst resort ever! Needs tons of renovations fire alarms would go off randomly in the middle of the night! When we got to our room it was dirty and the refrigerator had bottles of sodas that were half empty. There were cracks all over the walls it was a mess!

There are a couple of short questions, I would appreciate it if you would answer them. 1) What exactly is included in their all-inclusive system? 2) which restaurants are included in the ala-card system (i.e. for which you do not have to pay extra)? 3) I'm afraid to even ask how much does a regular beach lounger with an umbrella cost?

I stayed there in May 2024 and will be back in January 2025 because we loved the resort.

So, this is one of the WORST resorts in Cabo! Dated and desperately in need of remodeling and fresh paint. Remove the phone intercom from the bathroom and make sure the workers adjust the picture on the 2nd floor next to the elevator which hung crooked for most of our trip until I adjusted it. We were not informed that the restaurants were closed due to a destination wedding: no signs posted at all! On the morning of our departure, the water stopped running which prevented me from showering after I worked out. We were told “10 minutes” each time we called. Absolute must miss. Would give them zero stars. Food was mediocre at best. Aly doesn’t know what she’s talking about!

Hey u should change the title to something else cause NONE are all inclusive, you taking people to be dumb and lying, change the title.

The drinks are good. The customer service is wack. The buffet staff are hardworking and nice. The hotel is 3* not 5*.

Went there in April. It sucked. Horrible beach, horrible food, staff was pleasant enough, but it was anything but luxury. Don't waste your money.
