What's in my glass?
Old Elk/Bourbon Heart rye blind. I open another two samples given to me by my friends @thebourbonheart on @instagram. If you aren't following them, do it. Here I grab two random bottles from the box and put them head to head. #bourbon blinds are always fun and remove any biases. Had this bottle for about a year. Opened it, tried it, let it rest. Will definitely revisit now.

I prefer Pappy Van Winkle and Four Roses
There is definitely some greta choices out there. The allocations are just getting expensive and hard to find depending on where you live.

It’s funny. I can have a pour of something and get no burn. On a different day, it can be like lava. I guess just like our palates change day to day🥃🥃Cheers
