Love it when the game doesn't register any of my bullets whenever I get 1% Packet loss but registers every single bullet for someone who's ping is beyond unstable beyond comprehension. This is why I preferred the new netcode which completely fixed this wall and character clipping issue (not the bullet register issue though) and bullets going through people because they stutter from ping or packet loss. I'm hoping they bring it back with it actually working for people who aren't as lucky to have a perfect stable connection. Also sometimes there's also other issues with the netcode where if you shoot a shotgun your pellets will somehow do zero damage to the closest player but the rest from that same shotgun shot will somehow do damage to the furthest player instead because that makes 100% sense on 27 ping with 0% packet loss on an Ethernet. I should honestly find that clip I recorded and report it later. Hoping it's not because the closest player was laggy which they were that the server denied the register. Oh, and I also forgot to mention that when people also lag like this clipping through everything your bullets will go directly through them, so it's impossible to kill them this happened in a solos game one time before last month where me and this other person were shooting at this random person clipping through everything and we thought they were hacking since both of our bullets kept going through the person, so I kept chasing them down to finally kill them to check to see if it was hacks or lag but it was just them lagging horrifically. It's honestly pretty annoying to deal with especially if they lag that badly on an Emu hitting you several times off screen which makes you insanely annoyed and irriated because you can't even fight back since they're out of bullet range even for a sniper.
