They usually do not do this but we asked nicely and they felt sorry for us, so we were able to enjoy this! If you can have this done it is sooo worthwhile and soooo good!!!

Whats with the gay music???
You spent almost the whole video walking around the pool. Would have been helpful to see the rooms. Wouldn’t choose this resort based on what we saw here.

What's the difference in club and non Club?
The Club Swim Up has the Club Bar in the Pool and they get better drinks, personalized check in, and other perks. If you're primarily a beer drinker you wouldn't notice much difference. Which describes me :)

Do they have shuttles that will take you into the inner city of Cancun for shopping and nightlife?
Not into Cancun, They do have a taxi that takes people into Playa del Carmen. You have to reserve as limited space and only one a week.
Wayne Smith so is Playa del Carmen closer ? And in your opinion which would be better and cheaper to go to Playa del Carmen or hotelzone in Cancun for shopping and nightlife?
The Hotel Zone in Cancun is very expensive but so is 5th Ave in Playa. They do have a Walmart in Playa. There is a very large Market in Cancun but the vendors are all over you, so if thats your thing.. If it is your first time to the area I would go to Playa Del Carmen. It is much nicer. Cancun is a very large city.

We've been to ERC three times! We love it, obviously lol When we were there in June, my husband had the Mayan coffee. A server at Spice prepared it for us and really put on quite a show! Thanks for sharing your video!

+HL HL No Sorry this time I mainly shot the outdoor areas. There are lots if Room videos on UA-cam and they are spot on. All the rooms have now been renovated so you will not get an unrenovated room.
Wow, I didn't know they renovated the rooms! I went in 2012 for my honey moon. Now I'll really have to return!
We're booked for our 35th Anniversary in April. We're so excited and this video is probably the best I've seen yet! Thanks so much for posting! If I might ask, did you happen to upgrade to Club? I've been wondering what it takes. A lot of reviewers are recommending it.
+Brad Cherry I am glad you liked the video. No we never have upgraded we never saw the need. We like staying around the lazy river, its nice and quiet and always have a seat available. That being said i would recommend a swim up suite in building 1 or 2. They get the most sun and its great having you own spot along the river. Have you seen the lazy river video?
