The problem with many of you pastors is that while you carry yourself as knowledgeable, you peddle half truth to confuse people. The bible teaches us to work but that does not remove or nullify the place of giving.

1. Invest: Put resources into ventures with the expectation of a future return 2.Diversify: Spread investments across different areas to mitigate risk 3.Follow Natural Laws: Understand and respect the natural laws and principles of the world 4. Take Risks: Don’t wait for perfect conditions; take action even when there is uncertainty 5.Trust God: Acknowledge God’s sovereignty and the mysteries of His creation 6.Be Consistent: Keep working diligently without knowing which efforts will succeed That explanation of consistency is my take home! Feedback is important they say Feedback is the breakfast for Champions… (meaning much like breakfast is essential for starting the day)🎉🎉 Ignoring the needs of the people! Always put into consideration the 5W and H aka the journalist’s questions! Who is my audience? What are their needs? Where’s my audience? Why is this message important to them and How do i deliver the message to them (Style,language…)🎉 Reading your Notes/Slides (Haha) Internalize your message and thoughts! When a speaker internalizes their message, it becomes a part of them. This leads to authenticity, which is key to building trust with the audience. 🎉 Lack of Energy Don’t project your negative energy onto your audience! Avoid displaced aggression! 😢 Always a blessing! Monotone delivery no voice variation… Clarity is key especially when you are changing your tone 🎉🎉 Over using filler words: while filler words give people time to think what they are going to say… however excessive use can distract listeners or even weaken the clarity of the message 😮 (That dinner and office illustration 😅) Start listening to yourself wow! Mind your pace!😮 Learn how to speak in a moderate pace! People can either connect or disengage depending on your speed! Balance is key 🎉🎉
