WORKOUT REGIMES. Which one should you do?? Their BENEFITS and DISADVANTAGES
There are so many different types of workouts you can do but most of the time they fall into four different categories: Machines (Guided resistance training), free weights (Un-guided resistance training), Calisthenics (bodyweight training), and sports. Each one brings different results.
Using machines can help the untrained build a base of strength and help those in need of rehabilitation.
Free weight training is where most people focus their training because it builds muscle, strength, and control.
Calisthenics allows the body to become an efficient machine for everyday activities and builds functional strength
Sports is where you have fun and destress all while breaking a sweat and working your body. It is also the best for working in a 3-dimensional space.
Depending on your goals and objectives, you should focus on one or a few of these regimes when planning out your training schedule.
I hope this helps you achieve your goals and objectives.
If you have any further questions, or something isn't clear, please leave a comment and I will address it ASAP.

Why does the skin turn red after getting out of an ice bath
The skin turns red after getting out of the ice bath because the body is pumping blood back to all areas of the body. When you're body perceives cold stress (so when inside the ice bath), it focuses blood flow to the vital organs such as your heart, brain and organs. But when you exit from the cold stress the body reverses that flow and pumps blood and heat towards the skin and all extremities of the body. the result is more blood at the surface of your skin which creates this pink/red coloring. Hence why taking ice baths are really good for blood circulation :)
@@healthyeah2513 Thank you for answering my question! I really appreciate it☺

That’s quite an outfit... 😂
why am i watching this, i’m terrified of water slides
Ja ja ja ja is ok
Less time watching the 2 plank wank and more time actually trying to carve would’ve been nice.
TRUE! Tried to make the misses happy by including her in the VID. Testing the ORCA in Val thorens again... coming soon!! Will be epic! tones and tones of carving to come!
Working there and working before it opens. Dead quiet. It’s crazy.
head strap or chest strap?
Arky TV - I used a head strap
ok
I'm going there on friday
Im gpimg today
That moment when you're sliding, and the water gets inside your ass... practically giving you an enema.
Ahh I almost died there in the wave pool, rip... I wanted to go to the deep end where my brother was and yeahhhh the waves wouldn’t stop coming and I couldn’t get a grip of the wall cause there’s no like bars to hoist yourself up so I was stuck underwater wave after wave and basically last minute I got up... this was like 6 years ago
That must have been awkward!
How much was your gopro?

Awesome video!! U had a very great time with your friend. What equitment did u use to film this video? Do u need a head mount?
He used a Go Pro
And I'm pretty sure he only needed a head mount for the one where you cross your arms on your chest and get thrown into the tube
+Syndromatic AE exactly
headmount is the number one tool you should have for filming with GoPro to get that first person POV

Hi! I've just bought a GoPro Hero Session and I have a few questions before I go to a Waterpark: Where you using the head mount? In that case wouldn't it felt in the fastest rides? Would you prefer to use the head mount or have it in your hands and with the floaty (have in mind that is a hero 4 Session)?
+Marcote Gamer I used both a head mount and a hand piece for the video. The Calypso water park had a slide for which i had to keep my hands criss-crossed over my chest. That was the only time i used the head mount. For the rest of the slides i used a hand piece. I much prefer to use a hand piece or even just my hand for the freedom of movement and catching good angles. Tip: when using a hand piece or just your hand I find it very effective to keep the back part of the gopro applied against my mouth (our heads are our most stable body part), this reduced shakiness tremendously and gives a great point of view of what im seeing. hope this helps.
+Marcote Gamer also, the odds of you recovering your gopro in a waterpark in case it fell are very likely compared to losing it at sea or in a lake. I wouldnt worry so much about using a floaty. If you use a head mount, make sure its tight ;)
