What do you mean the top board serves no purpose? It has hinges! It must open to hold something, otherwise there wouldn’t be hinges!

I love this afghan. But with multiples of 3 + 2 I always had 1 stitch left over on the side cluster row. I went thru the comments and some one suggested multiples of 15 + 2. I tried a few swatches with that count. Worked out for me. Thank you for the tutorial and pattern 💕

Hi! I love the texture. Stitching the panels together. I tried a blanket stitch. It seems bulky at the top. I tried slip stitch but it seems it should be done inside the sweater. Any additional pointers on this? TIA ❤

Is the DC in the 4th row of the sleeves in BLO or FLO as per your pattern correction 🤔 or normal DC?

My yarn is an 8ply and says to use a 4mm hook. Your pattern says to start with an 8mm hook and move down to a 6.5mm hook. If I follow your pattern, would that mean starting with the recommended 4mm hook for the mesh and down to a 2.5mm hook for the non-mesh section? Here in Australia we measure our yarn weight by PLY than in weight. So I have no idea what ply your pattern is equal to in your weight measures. Craig

I wish you had told us, in the beginning of the video, that the beginning chain is actually how Long the sweater will be, from shoulder to hip. I thought how long the chain was, is how wide the sweater is from shoulder to shoulder, but it’s the length. I finally figured out that how many rows you do is how wide it is, from shoulder to shoulder and hip to hip. I did 10 extra beginning chains (63) and 30 rows so far and used a 8 mm hook. I will keep doing more rows till it seems wide enough, but I hope that it is long enough for me. I am a large or X-Large and 5’4.
