How you get the Erie County tones
The frequencies of the tones are from a pre-set list of tones. I used Audacity to generate different tones until I found the ones that matched and saved the generated MP3. Some of the tones are also listed on the Radio Reference site.

The impeller is turning but not the auger It could be just a shear pin. Did you happen to figure it out yet
I see white on the bottom and its top feathers are brighter. Surely its a Red Tailed hawk.
