I have a sibling the same way, he stayed with me numerous times. Would get a check every month and still worked part time. But everytime they got paid, would go and splurge like they rich. I've even got him to multiple housing programs etc. He just doesn't wanna pay bills, and then if you don't help them. They pull the "nobody loves me, and I wanna commit suicide." It worked for awhile on me, till I overheard him on the phone laughing telling a friend. "My sister may seem like she getting fed up, but I know just what to say, and she will drop everything for me." Moral of the story, yes Shamar obviously has an disability. But he does know exactly what he is doing. You can't try to manipulate people into trying to give you money. And mad that you're in that situation, when you've had multiple opportunities for assistance/help. Spending money like crazy, and then be upset about lack of food or shelter. Everyone just need to stop sending him money. And shout out to the family/people that were genuinely trying to help him. But it takes a toll on your mental health as well. You can't help anyone who doesn't wanna be helped. Pray for them, wish them well, and keep living.

So now that he’s in charge of his money. Why don’t you still have an apartment? The same way you found them with the lady over it you can do it now.
