Under or over the sunscreen?
Sunscreen is the last step in your skincare routine, so makeup would go over your sunscreen. Hope this works for you!
Are they metallic or sparkly? Do the sparkles fall off? I have bad allergies and cant tend to use eyeshadow that has sparkles that fall out or off.
There are different finishes in the palette. But I don't remember any fallout from this palette. Natasha Denona is usually really good that way.

Apparently the reviews on the Dior Star Filter ppl preferred to Charlotte Tilbury. My skin is naturally dry Im 60 I also have hashimotos autoimmune disease which makes me drier and need hydration all the time the forever Glow foundation and the maxamisers are Great for me

You should be able to go online and find a boutique near you. I recommend looking for a free standing store/boutique rather than a stall or section within a department store.

Color corrector? Do tell…
I use a little bit of green color corrector to offset the redness in my skin. Lots of brands carry them, but my current go-to is the Prisme Libre by Givenchy.
