AMAZINGLY FAST!!! Drag boats are wild and crazy for sure. 120 to 200 . Take a ski boat and plop a 4500 hp engine on it, then add nitrous! Yup. FAST. I explain how the races are accomplished, types of boats, pit views, and a lot of racing. The race teams were ALL good fun. Easy to talk to. As were the photographers. Tomei EL Header Swap for GR86 / GT86 / BRZ with Important Help!

Both the Duralast and the Walmart Everstart are made by Johnson Controls and are identical except for the stickers. If you want to pay the extra $30-$40 for the Duralast be my guest. Also, Walmart has a full replacement warranty for 3-4 years depending on model. No brainer for me.

Chevy has know about this for years, I have a 2014 C7 and not only does the backup camera not work the whole front display will go on and off at will, hit a bump it goes off hit another bump it goes back on again. The crazy part is if you bring it to the dealership they always say that they have never witnessed this and I am the only one with this problem.

Pretty simple logic, stock header is catted now you are running a catless header, of course there will be CEL Tune is required, or you can get an O2 sensor extension just to trick the sensor reading to let the ECU think there is still a cat there Hope that helps with your situation

Oil change can also be done without lifting the car at all. There is a vacuum line installed in the oil filler tube. If you have a vacuum assist unit to drain the oil, it makes the process VERY easy and much quicker. Check on line for more thorough instructions.

Very well researched....nice job. I have a 2023 Z51 and it's already incredibly fast. I can't imagine screwing with it and risking major issues.....but maybe if I was made of money and didn't care. I could see this being more relevant 10-15 years from now when you'll be able to buy these for cheap and they're already out of warranty anyways.

Right! I loved my C8 Z51 Stingray. Absolutely loved it. Miss it really. It was a better fit for me than the Z06. Slightly different animals for my lifestyle…. Anyway. My mother was born in Roxton or just outside of the town. Dr. McAmis delivered her, my grandmother's 7th child. It was the early 1920's and Roxton was a thriving place. She remembered being taken to that store by her dad and sitting up on the glass counter. My grandmother lived in Roxton but passed away in 1960. The railroad stopped going there and so the town all but dried up. I have visited this drugstore and now live in the DFW area. Thank you for making this video!

@@RoadOdyssey You're very welcome. Seeing the store through your video makes me want to go back and visit Roxton. I have to also search for the house (if it's still there) where my mom grew up. It's closer to Ben Franklin and near Caney Creek. Her father was a tenant farmer, with the house and land being owned by Dr. McAmis, known as "The McAmis Place" by my cousin. They would go into Roxton to shop. There was a hardware store in that strip of stores, too, and she remembered going there with her dad. Her father passed away in 1943 and she graduated from high school in 1939. Her mother moved to Roxton to live in a Sears house that her oldest son bought for her in 1946 after he was discharged from the Navy. She passed away in 1960 and is buried in Restland Cemetery.

Been loving my Z so far, just picked up last month. 2LZ coupe, didnt need the snack pack. dont care for most of the ammenities on the trim like heated seats and w/e, but having the side cameras, and LDW provide much needed sense of ease when parking and changing lanes. Wont be tracking until next year as i come to terms with the cars limits. Not to mention the ride is superb and easy to hold a conversation with the exhaust in stealth/touring

I've been fortunate enough in my life to get to rebuild four engines (I'm 64). One flathead Ford, one 350 Chevy, and two 400 Pontiacs. they were all fun, but I really loved the Pontiacs, I like their design over a Chevy. No head bolts in water jackets, no burnt spark plug wires, no pressing on or using a puller for the harmonic balancer, and I just love their sound. Nice to see this one and hear it running.

Old Pontiac guy here (because my dad was a Pontiac guy). This brings me joy in so many ways. Pontiacs are what we had when I was a little kid, mostly Catalinas and Bonnevilles from early '60-'s through late '80's. They ranged from solid ('64 Bonneville 389) to SWEET JEEBUS ('69 Catalina Police Spec 428) to the later smogged 400's ('72, '74, '77) to downright sadness ('79 LeMans wagon with 231 Buick) . When you consider the last 'true' Pontiac engine left Baldwin Avenue in spring '81 - this is fantastic after all of these years! Back in the mid 1980's Summit Racing had decent support for most of the BOP engines. Example -The known issues of cam lobes wearing down on #8 at the rear due to incomplete heat treatment, usually led to a cam change. Summit carried a generic aftermarket cam - Alliance Muscle Cams based on factory profiles- (literally came in an unmarked white box with just a part number) - turns out Alliance pulled profile specs from cams used in some of the holy-grail engines of the 1960's, in this case a McKellar #10 [originals were made by Melling Tool]- for something stupid cheap $49? That even beat JC Whitney. (Crane and Isky were both well over $100). First time it fired up, my dad slowly looked over the top of his glasses at 18 year old me "factory grind, huh?" as the lopey cam was 'potato-ing' and exhaust manifold paint smoked off, and then his slowly grew... A huge hat-tip to you guys keeping the original Pontiac engines alive after all of these years!

@@RoadOdyssey dang it, I can’t seem to find anyone who has done the spark ⚡️ plugs on the C8. I wanted to see just how difficult it is to do it on this car.

    Misleading title - not a Boss 351.

I doubt it has the Boss engine...which were 351 Cleveland 4V engines with mechanical cam/lifters, an aluminum dual plane intake manifold, bigger carb and better flowing exhaust manifolds...it was a beast of an engine and held the Ford Production car 1/4 mile record for all the 60's/70's muscle cars up until the first much more modern supercharged Mustang.

I gave no facts about this replica car. Speculation and judgement reflects your attitude towards someone else you don’t know and their car. Your doubt belongs to you. Your historic info is appreciated. Thanks.

I see no harm. Why not? He has his vintage cougar dragster but sold his vintage mustang street racer. He has a serious health condition that requires him to adjust his car choices. He’s a very car smart man. I do not judge his choice. Nor should anyone else. Besides. A replica of any great car is still fun for everyone.

Love 351 Mustangs. Can't wait for the day we get to drop our Cleveland into Project Clara. Thanks for sharing.

I bet!!! I will be watching for sure. This Boss belongs to brother of Scott Callaway who started Callaway Customs. CC along with a painter have a ‘65-ish shop Mustang they are slowly building as time allows. Putting FE engine in it. Looks nice so far. Hope to share some day…. Have fun with Clara!!!

Even if he did beat the C6 in a drag, the Tesla driver still isn’t a winner.

That's not "sticky buttons", that's just finger cheese. You could clean that up with some interior detailer. A steam wand would really make quick work of it.
