When management doesn’t want to change a thing and then call themselves “Agile”.
Thank you very much. 👏👏👏👏
LoL. The candidates have to "become empathetic to the recruiters". Look at them, poor recruiters, having such a terrible job of doing nothing.
Hello .. MR. Vivek..
great
wow!! she is flawless and so attractive!!
Agile means mindset to which translates into a methodology with application of 4 rules and 12 principles. Way of doing things with more adaptabilty and flexibility.
I understand that it's better to have independent user stories, but sometimes reality falls far from that, so what tis the best way to deal with situations where there are dependencies?
Agile is a mindset backed by 4 values and 12 principles.
To me, Agile is a mindset open to change and adapt constantly by planning and documentation.
U r the boss! 🎉
Agile is a mindset that collaborates with the client to develop ongoing value
Agile prioritizes people, not processes. SAFe and SCRUM are not agile.
Thank you so much! I couldn't seem to find anyone else who could explain this concept well when initially searching. Well done. I get it now.
User story is a basic explanation of the product's feature that is written from a customer's point of view by following the given user story format.
Agile is a mindset that believes in being flexible on the plan and adapt to the new changes.
Agile simple means to be flexible and adjusting to maximize results, output under a given set of conditions and when the condition change the plan adjusts accordingly.
Hi, Before going to PI planning what we need to prepare from each team members. And how freq we plan for PI planning.
Agile word itself suggests agility , meaning very dynamic in nature and thats how i look at it. Agile is. mindset for incorporating different stategies and methods while aligning youself with Agile vlues and principles to achive a gol and create Value.
The best thing about user stories is their ability to align the development team with user expectations, facilitate collaboration, and provide a structured yet flexible approach to delivering value in a customer-focused manner.
User stories are short and simple descriptions of what the customer would like to get out of a product. They are used to begin guiding the product owner and team in the development of the product.
Agile is indeed a mindset or a way of thinking. It's about embracing a flexible and collaborative approach to work. It's like having a mindset that values responsiveness, teamwork, and delivering value in small increments.
This video did a great job of answering questions of mine regarding the definition of a "user story". I now understand that a User Story is the definition of a project, written in story form: (This User) wants (this product) that solves (this problem) so that they can be awesome (in this way)/ achieve (this goal). The Acceptance Criteria is, essentially, a a definition of success on which a team agrees: We will know that we have met our goal in creating this product when it does (this), (this), and (this, etc.). I love this method of defining a project- I believe that most humans connect best in the story form of communication, as it keeps the broader contexts of a project in focus. A question that I had after watching this video is: what is an Acceptance Criteria? I gathered what it is from reading some of the comments. But by the end of the video, if one does not previously come from a tech production background, one may wonder as I did, if an Acceptance Criteria is a list that outlines the questions a team has about the project"s criteria, that must be verified by the customer, by which a team determines whether they will accept a project; or, whether it is a simple definition by which we can know when the project is done and functions as our customer needs it to function. I have now realized that it is the latter. However, I thought it may add some value to mention this because I do not see that term defined so far in the course. I may not be the only one who wondered. ;)
user stories are what the user wants
Agile is the mindset that contains 4 values and 12 principles.
agile is a mindset
For me Agile is a mindset that prioritizes flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability.
Agile is a philosophy of software development that's grounded in being adaptable to ever changing requirements or trends and in maintaining a high level of communication with the customer in order to produce sought after products in an efficient manner.
Excellent explanation sir
To me agile is showcasing the working software, collaboration with customer and respond to changes
Very well explained
User stories are the backbone of agile projects, describing what users want from a product. They capture who wants what, why, and the benefit.
To me, Agile means being flexible, communicative, and collaborative.
Agile to me is a mindset focused on being productive, efficient and collaborative. All while being flexible and open to change.
Amazing interview! Thank you for these important impulses!
If a product owner always has 10 acceptable criteria in all of their stories, does getting them down to the best 7 help? What if they all relate and contribute to the story?
Agile is a mindset and belief system that haves 4 values and 12 principles. It focuses on including the customer as a valuable team member. One aspect of Agile is how adaptable and flexible the process is as the desires of customers may change.
To me agile is about being able to have a mindset that is open to change and having flexibility to work with others on the team to develop the best product for the customer.
Thanks for sharing. All the best for the rest of the learning!
Its time to update the Face to Face with Zoom/Teams with Camera On. Agile methodology is not keeping up with the change in the world at this point in time IMO.
Sounds like it's not so agile on that front then.
user stories seem to provide a tremendous amount of value with how they are broken down. It's simple yet concise and allows for the plan to be malleable till you find the right course of action.
Agile to me means being able to collaborate and change on the fly, implementing any ideas or items that need to be for an end result that is built upon over and over.
A user story is a way for the development team to form a more fulfilling relationship with not only their product but also their customer. insuring that the end product is enriching and useful for the target audience
Agile is a mindset that is built off of balancing the needs and product vision of the customer with the team that will be building the product.
User stories are statements that will lay out the expectations and outcomes that a user desires in a particular feature.
Agile is a mindset that allows the ability to respond to change and set values for individual tasks.
