Router Circle Jig for Bosch PR20EVS router - EASY PROJECT!
Переглядів 6 тис.2 роки тому
Hi! In this video I have made a low cost circle jig for my Bosch palm router PR20EVS simply using a 24" long 1x1 aluminum profile, to make precise cuts in a range between 3 and 24 inches radius!!! It is very affordable for anyone compared to other options available on the market, I think I paid in total around 15 CAD (2022 prices) for all the materials. Thanks for watching my video! #BoschTools...

34:30 where are your tires! Your blade won't last long.
Hi Craig, thanks for your comment! I do have stock tires, they look invisible though... probably clear rubber is cheaper than coloured ones 😅
Thanks for sharing the video. Could you please share the link to this riser kit? I have the same porter cable saw but not able to find the riser kit since the manufacturer says it is discontinued. Thanks in advance.
Hi, sorry about this. Get any generic one then, just have drill 2 more centering holes, honestly no big deal....
After a year and a half how do you like the fence?
Hello! it works well, but it's a light duty one... I am planning to make another video about it!
What was the part number for the riser kit. The kit directly from Porter Cable has been discontinued.
It's very fantastic attatchment for router. I am going to follow to make it. Thanks.
Great job!
Thank you very much!
great tools. a very nice alternative to all the wooden models - and great with the measuring scale :-))). will definitely do the same. Thanks
Hi! Thank you very much for watching and commenting my video, much appreciated! As an update, I would suggest to pay attention at the center hole nail, mine tends to come off once in a while. May replace it with a small screw or something glued with epoxy.
One of many hats i wear at a construction company is fire extinguisher management. I track and maintain almost 30 of them at eight different sites, and get them reinspected/recertified every year. Regulations here say they are to be refilled every six years as well. They're all rated ABC, I got rid of anything else. I stick with mostly 10 pounders, as 5lb is limited utility to put out a wood fire. I place them near every entry/exit location with signage so everyone knows where they are.
Hi! Thank you for watching and commenting my video, much appreciated! I agree 101% with what you say, I'm just trying to put a seed in people's mind, especially weekend warriors or hobbyist like myself that may undervalue risks in their garage. All good!👍
