Dude People play the game new updates on steam

I just realized that this game wasn't down and was very happy to see it's still here, because i'd finally be able to play it

I loved this game to the bone, played it all the time a few years ago. It's not dead in terms of updates but it's dead in terms of new players and anyone who doesn't have a group of friends. The reason I cant get into this game anymore is how insanely long and exaughsting quests are, they are the same thing over and over for the grind and even if you do all the quests of your level, you still fall behind the level curve when you reach around level 30. If you don't have friends, you suffer hugely, I remember getting stuck at level 50 cause the quests were too hard solo and there was nothing I could do. On top of that, they need to fix the combat system, it's real janky and monotenous. I also lost my level 50 character and my 700 hours because they gave you a month to switch your character over to their new system and I was overseas, so I lost everything without even knowing... so that really sucked and lead to me leaving it for years. Either way, I'll always love this game and play it now and then but there's no way I can recommend it or even be happy with it.

hoping this game will make a comeback, i recently made an alt account on Radan (server) and im trying to get back into the game even tho its constantly kicking me out, i see players here and there but overall dead. wish someone would put effort into this game as it has great potential.

best advice i can give is that more play time and trying different strategies will help you see more. There is literally so many resources on the map you can dominate even at the highest difficulty. heres a lets play proving that. ua-cam.com/video/gzhSLD61f8w/v-deo.html quick tips, constantly move and attack, expand as you go, make sure the choke points your not clearing are safe enough, a couple walls or unit so that any stragglers wont destroy your buildings before you can get there. keep throwing down farms and quarries and lumber yards and houses, build units and time your wave defense carefully. its one of those games like They Are Billions that takes awhile to get good at but its pretty cool once you do, and watching a couple other poeple play is interesting to see their strategies

Hey i know this is a long shot but back in 2019 i tried to do the migration and couldn't get it to work so I kept playing on steam but now i cant even access ellora's shop because of the requirements so I cant buy more ellum to get more mounts so does anyone know how to actually migrate from steam to vfun i do have an account but when i run the game through vfun all my characters are gone. thank you.

I wish I could do the same with this dude that keeps attacking me and my alliance. I'm new and most of my alliance just stopped playing out of nowhere, so now I have to put up with getting attacked relentlessly for no reason

early game was the best rider of icarus version, my version early cap was lvl 35. damn i miss those days it was so fun, farming for days to get a certain mark so you can tame which sometimes you get them on first try or it take weeks of trying. game start to go south since golden torkai + temmajin gear. welp top 3 mmo for me hoping out there gonna be new rider of icarus anytime soon...

I took a break from it for like a year maybe more. I'm surprised my account wasn't deleted. It's sad because I actually enjoyed the game back in 2017. Although I only joined because of the mounts.

I used to like this game, the only thing I can figure as to why it's still up is that 5-15 of those 50 people that play are whales who just keep dumping money into the cash shop

i stopped playing when i lost my acc when the game changed from nexon to vfun or whatever, i used a few hundred euros so sucked alot and lost motivation

Taming and collecting awesome mounts is what made it my favourite mmorpg, it was such a great concept, seeing those wild giant dragons and other majestic creatures and knowing that one day you will be able to tame them to use them as mount was just epic, even if the rest of the game wasnt that good. Big part of why people like Pokemon games is collecting new pokemons because its just fun, idk why thats not common mechanic in new mmorpg. I hope one day there will be another mmorpg with mounts that you can collect with some actual in game mechanic instead locking all of them behind paywall

if someone could make a game similar to new world or black desert but have this taming/mount system id spend the rest of my life on the game. lol
