What the hell was Scourge thinking here man take another one of the strongest characters in fiction

Scourge has the same powers and Abilities as Sonic the Hedgehog but he does have weaknesses which involves his personality, I mean when I say that is that Sonic the Hedgehog he’s cocky and fun loving, Scourge is more like Arrogant, Meaning when he’s Defeated is because he underestimated his opponent or just thought to highly of himself. And what makes him even more Dangerous than Sonic is that he has the quirk where he can kill his opponents that crosses his path of fulfilling is plan, even if he has the opportunity to do so.
