My First Real Estate Deal in Columbus | The Uvlog | Episode 2
My mortgage company did the same bull shit watch them they was making all kinds of errors saying I owe all this money that I didn’t trying to be slick finally got it straightened out.
So when you payoff your mortgage then what? Any tricks?
You are so right. Once you step Onto the treadmill it’s hard to stop running
It always feels like there is always "something" you can or should be doing.
Congrats man. So often growth is like the pruning process. We grow into something and then need to cut back part of that to make room for more. Excited for your journey.
Very well said! I appreciate ya!
Mr cooper employees are lazy and dishonest.
*Promo sm* 🔥
Very informative. Thank you Josh. More blessings to you and to your family.
Do a albany mansion tour and i will sub to your channl
I just brought a home, made my 1st monthly payment. Get a letter in mail from PennyMac that my orginal lender sold my mortgage to them but not stating who my orginal lender is or how much it is & acct dosent match up & to make payments to them. Called several #'s of both lenders to get answers no call backs or phone answers. Than get a hold of 1 person of orginal lender company & they tell me I should get a letter from them first saying they sold my loan, not the other new loan company before them. New loan company (PennyMac) sends me 2 letters so far but no letter from my orginal lender. Now what is the truth & now what do I do & who do i make my mortgage to now & is the 2nd lender legit? Confused, Help!

Great vlog!
New subscriber here! 🤗 keep it up!! Great video!!
Thanks Zach. Appreciate it! Glad you enjoyed.
The aftertaste that those lattes leave is worse than chewing on a charred stick. Nasty.
Haha, but they are oh so good until you're done. 😂 Don't get the bag kind from the store, then. Talk about nasty.
What do you think of the new Vlog? Would love your feedback!
He is an agent,a traitor,liar.
🤔 sorry you feel that way. Unfortunately, I don't have anything to do with mortgages.
Would you entertain buying or selling your home in the coming months if you didn't have to?
It’s been dipping in the Dallas area for a year. This has magnified it already.
Interesting. The market in Columbus has been so hot, I think we're seeing that carry us through these times. What created the dip in Dallas prior to this? Too much inventory?
Josh Uminski not much inventory. But mainly the loss of jobs now. Prior to that it was just too hot. Houses in any decent part of Dallas is 400,000 or more for an old 1,800 sq foot house.
Josh Uminski people can’t afford it anymore. Prices of houses have skyrocketed so high compared to wages.
@@rideordie1583 yea, I can understand that. We're beginning to run into that issue here.
If they sold my mortgage I no longer owe them money. I could challenge them in court and win because they no longer own my mortgage. Bankers are scammers
Eh, typically when you purchase a house you sign a document at closing saying the lender is allowed to sell your mortgage and you'll continue to make payments to the new mortgage holder.
Stranger “help”
Do you think I'll ever sell a home to a weatherman after this?
prob not lol unless he/she has a sense of humor lol! Although living in Columbus, if you don't like the weather, wait 5 minutes...
@@nicolelemire3713 haha, that is so very true! It was actually sunny and 0% chance of rain right before I started filming this vlog. 🤣
Congratulations!! Love it!
Thanks Chad! Need to catch up and grab a "soda."
Me personally, I wouldn't want to move in the Winter months. What about you?
Would you sell your home for less, if it meant it would be a quicker sale?
Do you think it's cool that your vacuum could sync with your thermostat and save you money?
Would you let Amazon sell your home if it saved you money?
Are you a fan of floral prints or flower wallpaper?
Would you be upset if you hired a real estate agent and they didn't hire a professional to take the photos?
There are a number of inspections you can have done. A well, and septic inspection are the other common inspections if the home has both.
What happen if the mortgage company file chapter 13?
Can you explain why the company that bought the loan didn’t just originate the mortgage from the beginning and make $100k instead of just $60k?
Jabril Levine I can't specifically as there could be a number of different reasons why. Maybe the company who bought the loan is located in a different portion of the country and doesn't have a license to originate in the state, or it could just be that that's what they specialize in. As I mentioned, there are a number of different possibilities. The most common reason is because the secondary market (the company that purchased it) will buy loans in bulk. So the mortgage may be packaged together with other loans and the bulk of them together is how they make a larger profit. Hopefully that answers your question?
Josh Uminski thanks!!
Jabril Levine of course! Anytime you have questions, don't hesitate to reach out!
I feel frustrated because they quickly raise our mortgage ith no explanation, the company that is
I'm curious, was there anything your mom always preached to you when you were growing up? The one I always hated was, "Life isn't fair." Haha!
Very Cool Life style..👍
Thanks Webbyfan! Loved your channel...got lost in all the videos/music.
Now that he's been drafted, I'm actually a little excited to see what Baker Mayfield can do.
Rob Matney, Realtor You aren't excited to at least see if he can make it? I'm good with Tyrod, but I think down the road...
Man, I say "accurate" a lot in this video....sorry! Haha
On average, it takes about 30 to 45 days for a loan to close once you go into contract. So if you sell in April or May, you're able to coordinate with the end of the school year better if school lets out the beginning part of June.

I was a little surprised by the lack of movement in Olde Towne East this past month. It's been one the craziest areas all year long. My guess is that investors flipping the area are looking forward and planning for the Spring market.
Olde Towne East continues to be a "hot" area heading into fall, and Merion Village has continued it's trend of rising prices.

Bexley, and Downtown Columbus also had homes or units sold for over $1 million. The lowest was Groveport at $252k.
