Do you have a video on brake light switches. When bobtail if I apply the brakes, I have brake lights.when hooked up to a trailer, I have to apply about 18 psi of pressure before the brake lights come on. Please help!

Just curious as to where I would get a copy of that stemco guide for my shop. I haven’t done bearings with the spacer in between lots of guys tell me to throw the spacer out and do it the old school way with setting the bearing all the way down backing off half turn. Thank you!

This is my second comment. I found the source of the drawing on Wikipedia. I was correct, at least partially. To be a short tie splice, you have wrapped the wire in the wrong sense on one side. Curiously, the long tie splice is wrapped in the sense you are showing, but with a differing final form. With single strand steel wire, that reversal will result in a failed splice.

Im curious, what is the source of the drawings of splices in your thumbnail? Reason I'm asking is that the splice in "d" is wrapped in the opposite sense of the one at "e". In my experience of splicing electric fence wire, the way your video shows to wrap the wires eventually results in the wires "unscrewing" and coming apart. I mean, in the sense that two identical coil springs can be screwed together and then unscrewed. One side of the splice needs to turn in the opposite way to prevent this.
