Hey there John Thankyou for your honest questions. Doing a DTS truly changed my life. This experience allowed me to be in an environment where I was encouraged, supported, discipled and shown how to grow in my faith. The practical tools that I learnt, are things that I will take with me wherever I go. I have grown up in a Christian family, going to church every Sunday, I’ve had normal jobs too, but nothing has given me the environment to grow in this specific way of missions and understanding who God is and who I am in Him. The staff and leaders are so dedicated to supporting you and it truly helped me realise and process so many things that had hurt me in the past, I was able to forgive and start the process of healing of years of pain. The change and growth that my family saw once I went home, they said was just incredible and my experience impacted them and my community at home. ☺️

Absolutely! YWAM is an international missions organisations and we have bases all across the world. In Perth (and all other bases) and we welcome all nations and cultures. Diversity is one of the most special things about being in the kingdom of God and in missions. 😊

Hey there, you can absolutely come and do a DTS! The discipleship training schools are for everyone and run for 6months long. We have ones starting in April and July. Checkout the YWAM Perth website if you need more info!

YWAM Perth accepted and allowed Jarryd Hayne an alleged rapist to attend DTS -- so these days they appear whiling to allow, accept and let anyone come. Jarryd Hayne was also found guilty after his DTS by Australian Court for the rape. A hard pass on applying for a DTS at YWAM Perth.

Hey Anni! For me it just depends how big the plants are. For my smaller ones I rotated through watering them on a two week cycle. I found I needed to leave some time between watering and not water them all at once otherwise I got these little gnat bugs flying around from the moisture. For big plants I either use the hose outside and let them sit for a little bit in the garden (never in direct sunlight only in the shade) or I do use the shower for a couple of my medium sized indoor plants. Depending on the time of year I found watering my plants every two weeks have it enough time for the soil to completely dry out. Just make sure that your plants soil is completely dry before watering again, especially with a fiddle leaf (they are very susceptible to root rot), I have struggled with a couple of them before but found they did best when the soil was completely dried out and then watered again. We have a friend who has a commercial sticker company. He prints off huge designs and graphic designs. So essentially it’s a sticker but we use it as wallpaper. So unfortunately you can’t get this exact one but I have found some companies who have similar floral prints
