Glendon, Alberta Remaster
Like I mention in the video we have had some freezing rain in our area so I decided the roads were not safe enough to travel just for a video so instead we remastered another older video.

Very nice! 👍
Thank you
Can't say we share the same taste in "music"
Great points
Super view 😍👍👏
Thank you.
Nice ❤️
Thanks.
Nice. I applaud you 👏
Thank you for the kind words
Beautiful work! Remastered another older video is beautiful. Very enjoyable my friend.
Thank you so much.
Nice views from the flight. Thank you for sharing. Warm greeting from your new subscriber Jonas. 🤝
Thank you so much and welcome to my little corner of UA-cam.
Can watch because of the horrible music !
It’s cool to see you branching it to short form content
Never mind. It’s just cool to see it on my feed
I'm glad you're enjoying it.
My home town
Hopefully you think I did the town justice.
Can it create some legal actions in Canada if frying tiny whoop [under 25 grams; like 'Betafpv Air65'] while being keeping all rules applicable for 5inc [including flying outside the controlled space and holding 'basic operation' license], but without a Visual Observer [flying alone away from people]? Else, if flying without VO a 5inch registered drone [with common sense, keeping it as safe as possible] outside the VLOS? And the app to identify prohibited areas is 'Nav Drone' [staying outside red and yellow zones]?
Technically, since you can't see the drone, due to the goggles, you would legally be required to have a spotter at this point in time. However, I know there are new laws in Canada, set to come into effect in April, not sure how they will apply to FPV specifically but there are allowances for BVLOS operations.
The cemetery could have been a cool thing to checkout as well if you didn’t, and even though the railway was torn up if you go through the trees for a while you can actually come across them again, and they go for another few km’s, I grew up playing on those tracks with friends
Sounds like you have some good memories of growing up here.
Well done, very informative. Of note, there are still a few other enclosed railway water towers in Alberta. Heinsburg, Gibbons tower at the Alberta Railway Museum, New Brigden, to name a few...... 👍
Thank you for the kind words. Also thank you for the information, I could only find this one but obviously I used the wrong search terms.
Music too loud, voice too low.
Sorry. I will try to adjust the level better in the next video. Thanks for letting me know
@@gradientimagingjust a slight adjustment, I could you hear you speak it’s just sometimes the loud parts of the song would overpower you a lil. Otherwise a very good and high quality video
Thank you for the kind words. I can work a bit more on levels and try to make it easier to hear me. Thanks for the information. Sometimes by the time I've listened to the video over and over I miss some things.
Starting from Wainwright a lot of older villages have disappeared. Jarrow, Phillips,Poe.
Yes, there are a large number of small towns that are no longer. It's still happening, towns and villages are shrinking year by year.
Hey 14 is my home. Viking to Wainwright but Bruce and Holden are near and dear.👍
I am currently in Ryley and my kids went to the Holden School. It's good to hear there are locals watching and hopefully enjoying my videos.
👍😊
😀
in a town 200 EVERYBODY knows your business before you do
So true, even in slightly larger towns too.
Very cool. I'm originally from there. Cheers ✌️🇨🇦
Thank you for the kind words. Hopefully I brought back some good memories for you.
@@gradientimaging Myrnam has definitely changed, but you really captured the village well. Cheers!
Question: I’m registered in Germany/EU. I got my license for Germany/EU and I got a normal 5.000.000€ insurance world wide. What do I have to do now to fly in Canada legally?
You would have to apply for an SFOC as a foreign operator. I would suggest you apply at least a month before you want to fly.
Thanks for the information
Glad I can help out.
Stupid overplaying music
i went here
More and More Canadians will see that, More they will regain confidence and help fight against Organize Crimes ❤
It is a good show and definitely makes me proud of our officers.
@@gradientimaging your right 👍
Thank you for the video !!
You are welcome. It's a nice village.
Not much in that town except a huge wiener.
do you have to provide proof of TP 15263 for basic operations drone ?? as a foreign pilot
Last time I checked the rules, no. However, there are new regulations coming into effect soon so that may change.
Thanks for the video! 😍
You are welcome.
Used to live there. Fun to see it again.
It is a nice little town. Glad you enjoyed the video.
Great video watching in canada
Thank you for all your kind words. It definitely helps keep me going.
Great Video thanks, my wife and I looked at a property last year. That property was not for us but the area felt like home. As soon as we find the one for us, we will make the move. Cheers!
Mirror is a friendly town. I felt at home there too every time I visited.
Exactly what I was looking for, thanks
Glad I was able to help you out.
Greatvideo
Thank you for the kind words

Was it the "hint" on the wall? LOL
Alix MACC Alumni! Pizza Pantry is nummers.
Yes, Pizza Pantry makes a pretty good pie.
Two hills ?
No it is not Two Hills. This town is about two hours west of Two Hills.

No, sorry, not Lamont.
Nice video
Nice video
Calmar Alberta
I can neither confirm nor deny. 😀
It's Calmar. 100 percent.
@@seantap1415 You would be correct.
Lomont
Not Lamont, try again.
It's hard to hear you over the music. But great video. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me ❤❤❤
Thanks for the information I will keep that in mind and thank you for the kind words as well.
Vermilion
It is actually Falher, Alberta
Is it Vegerville?
Had to map out where the New Horizon coops were and it looks like Valleyview. Sorry for cheating!
Even "cheating" didn't help. Try again
Hi Mike, I will be coming to Alberta next year doing Banff and Jasper National parks. I have a HoverAirX1 flying selfie drone weighing 125gm. Will i be able to use it or is it a no go in the these parks.??
Personally I would not risk it. You might get away with it but if you don't the fines can go as high as $25,000 CAD.
Ok Mike, thank you.
When i was 5 my sister always thought it was staring at us as we drove by, i would say its chasing her when she looked away
You should hed by chetwynd and look at the wood statues, i pass by there all the time on the way to powder king
That is funny, for you at least, sounds like something I might have done too.
So small whoops or 2 inches are the way to go for fpv
Definitely less rules for sub-250 gram drones but, as the law stands right now you still need a trained VO for any FPV flights outdoors.
VO? cant you fly micros bvlos?
Nah your right, ah well
I had relatives there and visited it a few times. I love those small town memories. They are special very Canadian places.
Glad to hear I was able to bring back some memories for you.
