How did you get the labels off and what did you paint with? You left a lot out!
I soaked the bottles in dawn & water &, also used goo gone.the Rumchata bottles were painted in white Rustoleum spray paint.heads came from a local store here in SC (Tomlinsons) a few years ago.ribbon used around neck to cover top of bottle.buttons or beads used down body front..used hot glue
