Hey man. Thanks for this video. I used this technique in one of my own videos and it really inspired the whole video I am making about the +Delay setting. I am about to finish up the video and post it today. I am going to leave a link to this, and I gave you a shoutout in mine. Thanks again for showing me this. I had no idea! It is really cool for shoegaze type stuff, I think. Rock on burgerandfries55!
@@SonicReels ah thanks dude that’s really cool man!
how do you get that tone??
Squier Affinity Jazzmaster (PV 60’s swap) -> Boss RV-6 -> Fender Blues Deluxe.
@@masters1ful thanks dude!
I love 7/4 time it's odd but also with the right divisions, it's so so good
@@SkippyZii agree bro
sounds like simpsonwave
very early underoath feel! great idea
OMG I LOVE UNDEROATH AND YEAH IT SOUNDS LIKE THE CHANGING OF TIMES
@butimfinewithit I'm 100% sure it's from reinventing your exit
@ there we go thanks so much i havent heard that song in a bit tbh
This reminds me of a time with my then best friend (had a HUGE crush on her but I couldn‘t tell her) and she was this beautiful goth girl, the kind that is not really goth but had just that style. and we would just hang out and chill after school every day until one day school ended and it just kinda faded. That‘s now 13 years ago and it feels like even more time passed by
cringe
Damn I hope everything’s going well for you now
Damn homie!
This sounds.... heavenly..❤
Bro just casually dropped peak
knew it was trevor wong before i saw the comments
Cleanest noise rock tone
@@noahg23 haha looking back at this it’s definitely not noise rock but thanks for watching
This is the way I should have done this Up against the wall, up against the wall You got me up against your wall
one of the prettiest things ive ever heard. what a tone
This is 7/8: Tum tum tum tu-tum tum tum This is a real 7/4: ua-cam.com/video/xtLCZ2_-Beg/v-deo.html
Hey! I’ve been checking out your channel and a few others with similar styles. I’m starting something inspired by that, and I’d love to know if you’d be interested in collaborating on some riffs or a song to make a few videos. My new channel: ESPANTA WACHO
Oh damn homie this is nice, that sunburst finish and that warm tone gives a waft nostalgic yearning vibes. 🤟 Well played from a fellow axe wielder in Ireland.
Thats some of the best tone ive heard
@brick321 1990s fender blues deluxe will do that for you haha. Got it from a friend of mine for like $200 I’m super grateful for it.
It's like a warm bath after a long hike. 🔥
good tone🤤
Perfect
This is definitely a vibe, you should develope this into a full piece.
remind me Underoath reinventing your exist
I don't think Trevor Wong would consider these as "Trevor Wong chords" but maybe Cmadd9 or Cmaj7 something like that(I'm no good with music theory.)
@@nigelgrimm6 I was meaning that I got them from his UA-cam channel
what tuning is this?

@masters1ful thanks🤝🏻
Dude that first chord reminded me of brakence's song (fuckboy) 😭 cool riff tho keep it up
Bro u lowk gave me lyric inspo🤼 7/4 is literally goated ugh
Truly beautiful, I would like to hear a full song of that. By the way, I think it would be much better to interpret it as a 7/8 instead of 7/4 because of the accents, the chords do not change in the 4 and 3, but in the "3.5" and "3.5" (I try to use simple words in case you don't understand me)
@@sguaranas yeah your probably right I have no idea how that second number (being the /4) works
so cool man, 7/4 just has a great feel to it idk it feels the most natural of all the 'unnatural' time signatures to me
It's the 2+2+3 clave or division, whatever you wanna call it. You can make any odd time signature more musical by doing this, e.g. Take Five or blue rondo a la turk
Highly agree! 🎉
@@Tandle779 i usually count the beat as 4+3, are you referring to the groupings of notes hes playing, when you say 2+2+3?
@@twitchthepocket not a big difference, I count 4+3 since it’s more common in rock and 2+2+3 has a more Latin or Andalusian feel to it
@ gotcha, i see ty
I NEED the full song played please 😭🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Here before this goes viral
first chord is the opening chords of fuckboy by Brakence. Great progression.
Nice
These are Trevor Wongs chords in DAEAC#E and I have no idea what chords they are
