I have found sharp often sets the admin password to a 5 digit number. This number is made up of 4 digits from the device serial number, preceding with a 0. You take the first 2 numbers, and then the last 2 numbers before the alpha character then add 0 at the start So for example if the serial number is 8502642X00 The admin password would be 08542 (0 first, then the first two numbers 85 and then the last two before the X which is 42.

Does this same procedure work on a MX2651, for reset of Administrator password? We recently performed a Firmware Update, which deactivated the Administrator access to the machine, both on the Machine Console & Web Console access.

dear sir, please upload a video how to change or clean the cleaning blade of konica minolta bizhub c 3350,, i have this machine but it prints ghost printing (double print a few inches away it's orignal print) is it the problem of cleaning blade or something else,, it occurs in black color only, the rest colors are OK.
