Hello, Im collecting information about hybrid inverters. At the moment, I settled on three-phase solutions deye, solis, solax. Many people say that of these three brands, solax is the best and its big advantage is that in the ups mode it can give out all its power for one phase and is better able to survive the phase shift? I will also be grateful if you tell me about connecting the generator to Solax (there is an item in the specifications, but I do not know the method of connection), I did not find such information on the Internet (I know that deye has a gen-port to which you can directly connect the generator). how do these occur in the system with solax?

I have just installed a Solax X3 8Kw G4 with mate box linked with 2 Solax batteries (1 x master and 1 x slave) It constantly reads either 50 watts or just sits at standby. I have change everything to the same as your video and yet it still sits there doing nothing. Solax support were very helpful and upgraded the software and it all stared working, the support now has gone very quite and don't seem to respond to any e-mail requests. The system has gone back to doing nothing mode. I doi not have solar panels for another week but was informed before purchasing that the system would happily run on batteries alone, charging at off peak and discharging during peak. So far I have a very expensive box sitting ion the wall doing absolutely nothing. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Glenn

I entered the tariff details wrong and now my data is reading too high and i wanted to reset the data. Ideally just the financial totals. Is that possible in advanced settings? Hi Alex, Hope you're doing well, Need your kind support here, I lived-in pakistan and installed Solax X1 hybrid inverter with Huawei lithium batteries esm 48100b1 model issue is this when grid goes inverter stop working on solar energy and home shift towards batteries until grid come back. Already informed to the company they said our R&D Team is working and testing huawei battery and our inverter because our inverter is not compatible with Huawei batteries. end 2020 i bought a solax hybrid x3/10 with 2 solax power battery's 1 master end 1 slave and are still working fine. now i bought 2 extra expansion battery's and connected them, it came up with the following error BMS_Version_Unmatch. so for now i disconnected them and i am searching for a solution because as end user i cannot do updates. what is your advise ?

If you have 2 inverters do you need to register both of them to the cloud? For some reason I have managed to register 1 of my inverters but the other will not. When looking at the Site analysis sometimes it will show "Other Inverter" although it usually shows power flowing the wrong way into it, but sometimes it does not show the second inverter which is a bit confusing!

Hi ,thank you for this instructional video, I would liket to ask you a question;I have x3-hybrid-8kw-g4 inverter with lead acid batteries,with CT clamps and we have installed the inverter batteries ,solar panel following the instructions but I have 2 problems first when there is no solar power batteries do not feed the house, as far as I recognized and secondly when the frid is off normally ınverter should supply power from EPS port but when I cut the gridd off there is no power on EPS port how can I manage these 2 ıtems do ypu have any idea?
