Nice game! Ironheart is such an elite late-game hero (if you can survive to get there lol). There was some missed threat on Lower Manhattan due to a Symbiote environment being in play - should have gotten 1 extra each time, just FYI. Super small thing but 21:40 - Rule by Force was in play so shouldn't have surged. And lastly some good news - we no longer take retaliate when revealing a new villain stage with retaliate!
Hey Stretch, thanks! I really appreciate the comment with all the errors that I made, it's really helpful to note them for next time. I watched it again now and it seems like the things I missed didn't really matter so that's good :) I'm still getting used to recording and playing at the same time so hopefully once I do it more I'll make less mistakes (I don't know how you do it so well!). Also good news about the retaliate, I had no idea! I've been binge watching your videos lately, you're so good at this game! I appreciate you watching <3

I am worried I'm going to mess up the set up and execution of this challenge.
This one is definitely a bit of a complicated one at first when you look at it, but I think that once you understand the basic rules it's relatively easy to keep up (not saying it's easy, but relatively so ^^). I think I explained everything pretty clearly at the start of the video so hopefully that helps, but with that said I did mess up a few times forgetting a response or something. No one's perfect and it's very hard to get through a MC game with no mistakes. Just keep playing and enjoy :)
You said it yourself but I think a flip to alter ego was necessary at some point to recover. Full Auto is Crossbones's most dangerous card, so it's good to play around it if you're at low health
Yup, you're definitely right. I'll be honest, I haven't played enough to remember all the villain cards by heart and what to play around so I sometimes lose to random things. Every loss is a lesson though!

Good game! If you care about the official-ness of your games, Go For Champions has an erratum to be removed from the game after you play it the first time. This was mostly to solve its brokenness in multiplayer though, so I don't think it's too game-breaking to play as written in Solo. Sorry if you commented on that during the game and I missed it
Oh, I actually had no idea! Since I haven't played for around 3 years, I didn't follow all of the rule changes throughout the years. It's good to know though and I'll definitely play accordingly next time. Appreciate you letting me know!
Congrats on your first video! Definitely made things tough for yourself with one of the worst early game heroes against one of the hardest early game scenarios. FYI Moon Girl takes two consequential damage from attacking or thwarting

I'm impressed. I've never heard anyone with such a thick German accent hit every single English W correctly before. You make it look easy too. You're in the middle of important decision making and trying to explain your thought process, but some how you never once slipped up. Well done!
Haha, thanks for the compliment! I'm actually trying very hard to pronounce the words correctly, I slip up sometimes :P It's an Israeli accent btw, not a German one, but no worries, I get all kinds of guesses on stream since no one recognizes it ^^
