Do I need to change the spark plugs for B58 ones to run this setup? Or can I just use stock plugs?

What exhaust ?
Do they come with the metal bracket
They make both they M18 valve cover and VTT and regular valve brackets. There are multiple sites that you can buy they on. If you buy from VTT, you can get a carbon fiber bracket to match their carbon fiber valve cover. They also have an option to coat the bracket in anodized black or raw aluminum.

So as long as you have a n54 engine this is applicable??
It works for N54 but also other engines! Check out vadersolutions.com/products/vs-b46-b48-b58-s58-high-output-ignition-coils for the list of all applicable models that can use this product
