RLK12-800WB4 REVIEW | WiFi CAMERA SYSTEM | REOLINK 4K WiFi 6 12-Channel Security System
#reolink #reolinkcaptures
RLK12-800WB4 kit features 4 cameras, expandable to 12 Reolink IP cameras. Utilizing dual-band WiFi 6, it ensures stable, high-speed data transfer.
0:00 Introduction
0:44 Unboxing
8:03 Setup
11:27 B800W Daytime Test (Included in the NVR KIT)
11:58 RLC-1212A Daytime Test (Not included in the NVR KIT)
The initialization process, on the whole, was straightforward and akin to my prior experiences with Reolink's NVR systems. However, I encountered a minor hurdle when attempting to display the camera feed on the screen. It took a moment of troubleshooting, but I was able to resolve the issue promptly. I strategically installed the camera above my garage door, on the roof, to ensure an unobstructed view of my driveway. Remarkably, I encountered no issues with the WiFi signal connectivity despite the physical separation, as my NVR was positioned within the garage. The setup exhibited impressive signal strength and reliability.
I did encounter one issue with the NVR that was somewhat inconvenient. It automatically integrated my Reolink WiFi Doorbell camera into the system. This presented a problem when I decided to disconnect the WiFi NVR, as it led to the removal of my WiFi Doorbell from the network. Consequently, I had to perform a complete reset on my WiFi Doorbell to separate it from the NVR system once again. It would be beneficial if there were more flexibility in managing camera integrations to prevent such inconveniences.
I have a preference for longer cables connecting to the cameras, similar to the Ethernet cable provided with other Reolink NVR systems. This added cable length would provide more flexibility and ease during the installation process, allowing for greater customization in camera placement without being constrained by cable length limitations.

This is not a REVIEW, it's an AD.
Hello, tell me please, your NVR have inside installed a cooler and also having a ower ON/OFF button in the back? I got mine one week ago, and i noticed in the left side where should be a cooler is only the place for cooler, but no cooler inside, also this NVR don't have a power ON/OFF button. Can you tell me something about these 2 problems, please? As i noticed in your quick presentation video, you also missing he power button and cooler. Other then these, i am happy with this NVR, i have connected with this 2 Reolnk E1 Zoom Wi-Fi cameras and one Reolink Vide Doorbell Wi-Fi, and works perfect.
So the WiFi is only a subnet Wifi, for WiFi cameras only? You can't set up the WiFi just to be a WiFi client to your home network, having all cameras in your home network?
Can you use 3rd party wifi camera's with this NVR ?
Nope...
As soon as I disconected the ethernet cable of the camera from the NVR. My camera will not work. Do you know what the issues?
You must sync each camera with Ethernet connected.
Cuánto pesa todo el producto?
Great video, does the nvr allow you to constantly be watching the live stream from all the cameras?
