Unboxing Patio Comfort PC02J Propane Patio Heater

In this video, we are unboxing and setting up the Patio Comfort PC02J Propane Heater. We follow instructions from the manual. Two things we missed when we read the manual:
1) We attached the post upside down - the sticker should be on top
2) Smoke is normal when you first turn the heater on - we initially freaked out when we saw smoke/steam coming from the reflector.
Overall the heater is great. Easy to set up, easy to use. It's nice that it has wheels to move it around and temperature can be filed down if needed. It's also nice that the base is heavy - we get strong winds in our area and with this base, we don't have to worry about the heater tipping over.
The color (jet silver) is nice too. It blends perfectly with other elements on our patio.

I have this grill and the igniter clicks when i turn it. There is no spark on any of the burners. Also, the interior lights are not working. Any ideas what i need to do?

Maybe the knock off has actual customer service. That would be a plus. Lava Heat doesn’t respond, it took months and creativity to get them to send a replacement part under warranty for a new purchase.
