These apartments are raggedy as hell. Something is always breaking down! Always have water leak issues! The front is well kept the middle towards the pack is nasty and dirty looking! You pay for Central heat and air and the air conditioner units CONSTANTLY breaks down and they quick to throw a small air conditioner unit in your window which it makes it an easy process for break ins! And they tell you they are not responsible if your things are stolen! And they do not fix the problem right away. They leave the lil box air conditioner in for months running up your light bill. These people are money hungry they will take you to court to evict you for $10! And will throw all your belongings away and give you ONLY 10 DAYS to get your whole apartment moved! They have no regards to your peace. There is constant construction and noise bamming making it a miserable place to live. Maintanence is constantly in and out of your house all the time even if your not home! No privacy! And if you struggling to make ends meet and fail to or forget to pay your car insurance or taxes on your tags they will tow your car at night when your sleep! And it cost you $500 to get it back! This management is heartless! And money hungry and will have you living under miserable circumstance until they wanna fix something! Rent at your own Risk. You have been warned! It's not what this video shows! They have went up on the rent $200 twice since they bought this property in 2 years with only a 30 day warning. They are EVIL!

If you're thinking about renting from any housing managed by Keystone Management, as a former tenant... I would highly recommend you look elsewhere. This company truly takes advantage of outgoing tenants and often illegally retains deposits. Customer service is terrible and their responsiveness to current and former tenants is terrible. If you're viewing this video considering Keystone Management, I highly advise against.

awful apartment!

Kitchen is tiny, no other complaints. ( based off the pictures )

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! This is NOT how the rest of the units REALLY look inside the one that you look at is NOT the unit that you will be actually moving into! The units are covered in BLACK MOLD throughout the entire unit, foundations are crumbling and have electrical issues!! the playground and whole park is constantly dirty, full of trash and we have found hypodermic needles at the playground and by the dumpsters just laying on the ground!! Don't risk you health/safety by moving in here!!

omg when did these appts..look like this? maybe years ago..its dont look like this now..for sure...my appts.. got the mold and no one comes here to clean it..so im out of here soon..as i can..plus the out side thats a joke...too dont look like that either..maybe years ago when some one gave a shitttt...

Listen to Kameron - I had to laugh when I watched this video. I think its funny they used classical and focus on the few parts of the place its tenants don't inhibit haha
