Why don’t you all make more of this? I checked your channel and I’m not qualified to have any idea what I’m talking about, but I feel like this type of content is EXACTLY what every video should be for your target market. Alex Hormozi just did the same thing with his channel, targeting specifically business owners. These videos provide so much value that it makes someone like me, who’s starting an online fitness business, want to buy from y’all.

And thats what the elites want they slowly drip feed everyone the things they want people to do through subliminal messages. And everyone doesnt seem to care when in 15 years its gonna be to late. Keep up the work guys ❤

I never really come across this so-called 'Woke' stuff in my daily life, I just hear it on the radio or the tv ( when I see one; got rid of my tv a long time ago). While we're worrying about, and getting infuriated, by this made up problem we're not getting angry about the real problems like having to go to food banks even though we have jobs, sky high prices in the shops, a constant barrage of sex and violence on our screens, constant wars. It's 'don't look at that look at this'. Don't fall for it.

People that go to the gym or do some kind of fitness are the minority. Most people today never set foot inside a gym or do any kind of exercise that isn’t required of them i.e. job. Combine that with a poor diet and sedentary lifestyle and you get mass obesity.

That’s because America has a popular left over culture you eat what you can put it in the fridge then heat it up later and eat some again

I definitely resonated with the learning bit as personally the last few weeks gone back into re learning things that make me a specialist and to stand out I need to get these things on camera the right way, so repetitive is the answer and build up on dealing with talking on camera, as when I try talk on camera, I can't get the words out but this week I'm going to do a couple of talking shorts, as the more I do the more comfortable I get, the easier it flows better
