Thank you! And no, never again! I've always wanted to do a One Second A Day video and my experience has taught me that it was better in theory than in practice! I kept falling behind and as a result, it required a lot of admin to get back on top of things. I didn't have a very good filing system so the different clips were scattered all over the place. I'm glad that I persevered to the end though because you're right - it's so cool to have a visual diary of the year that was 2023!

I just finished this book and I absolutely loved it! Sorry it wasn't to your liking. Yeah, it did feel a little repetitive and claustrophobic at times. But I felt like my emotions were in line with the main characters'. I wanted Thora to find a way out of the city! I sympathized with the characters' exhaustion! And I definitely agree about Catriona's use of language. I look forward to seeing what she writes next. If you liked the premise of this book, I recommend "Replay" by Ken Grimwood. One of my all time favorites. Also "This is How You Lose the Time War", which is a sci-fi romance known for its gorgeous and poetic language.

There are dozens of us... Dozens! I barely have enough space as is for all my unboxed collectibles. And you can't arrange them in cute lil displays if they're still in the box! It's been a very long time since I've read Northern Lights. Super keen to watch His Dark Materials but I want to read all the books first! The Oodie was a great find for sure. :D

I read Everything I Never Told You before I read Little Fires Everywhere and I wonder if that's why I liked Everything I Never Told You more. It's been a while since I read either of them though so I don't remember my thoughts very much anymore 😅
I'm the other way around! Little Fires Everywhere was a very compelling read. I've placed a hold on her latest book - Our Missing Hearts. Gonna be waiting for a while though. Only a few copies available at the library with muuuuuuuuch interest!

I hope you're having fun in Melbourne :) For stories with a similar being-born-again idea, I'd recommend The First Fifteen Lives of Harry August and also The Seven Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle (it's sometimes called the Seven and a Half Deaths of Evelyn Hardcastle because it had the bad luck of being released at the same time as the Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo and that was confusing for everyone so they changed the name a bit)

I only learned in December of 2020 that I am an infj, I am a 30 year old man. Wish I knew this 20 years ago. I am the only one in my family like this, I felt like the odd one out in life. Even worse being a shy person.
I wish I knew about this stuff earlier too! Learning about my MBTI has been incredibly helpful and validating. Now I understand why I act/react/feel the way I do. I spent a lot of time feeling isolated as well. But it's good to know that there are plenty of INFJs out there that understand!
