Welcome! This channel is to share speed builds I create in Sims 4 as well as I will post chapters of my story. I'm still creating content but will post the stories here on Monday each week and a few speed builds as I create. The builds that I share will be no Custom Content and available in my EA Gallery under Meoi76. I do have all expansions, packs and kits. I use CC in my main gameplay (some gameplay mods but nothing that is 18+). I am working on creating a list of all the CC I use in case anyone asks for it. Just send me an email and I'll get back to you as quickly as possible!

Hi! I'm working on a challenge build that is more involved than I expected. I don't want to do it poorly so I'm hopping next week or the week after it will be ready for video! =)

This 2 level home features a den downstairs and 3 bedrooms upstairs. The Master bedroom features a Glam area as well as an en suite bathroom. The garage was turned into a gym and small gaming room. No CC used and the build was playtested (interior video will drop on Wednesday evening).

This small Guest house is perfect for a Sim that usually doesn't stay in one place for too long! This small shed home features a colorful landscape with a sectioned backyard for aspiring gardeners. No CC used but use MOO when placing!

This cute home features an ensuite bath and huge walkin close off the bedroom. You will find a Flex room which can be used as an Office with a Murphy Bed for unexpected Guests. No CC used and it has been playtested!

This cute loft features 2 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The open floorplan makes it easy for Granny to maintain on her own as well as the landscaping outside which doesn't require maintenance. This lovely home features exposed beams in the living room as well as a faux fireplace. No CC used but please use MOO when placing.

My latest build with hints of Industrial decor. This build features a home gym upstairs along with a bedroom and a Flex room which can be an office but also has a murphy bed (be careful!) for Guests. No CC used but please use MOO when placing! =)
