Do you turn your wood handles for the boppers?
@@miketufts9765 not normally these ones my wife bought me, the ones i make are just straight dowel material
@robwilcox2854 you have a good wife😁, the fellas back in the day that used hand tools with handles they knew how to make them well, I patterned mine off an old file handle, what would you think if you had a Bopper when the heads wear out you unscrew it and screw on a new one to the handle?
@ that would be awesome idea😎🤙
@robwilcox2854 the idea is being made as we speak Delrin for the handle with a threaded insert, pour your lead mix in copper cap with a bolt centered, it's going to be much cheaper just to make new heads, I have a set out there being tested now by Danny Collins, like you everyone I asked said that's a good idea I just hope it works
@ Dan is a great guy😎🤙i am sure they will work well

Very pretty stuff. How is this different from "normal" obsidian?
@@Xonida_NcTroller this stuff has what looks like lines in it, hence why it is called banded, normal obsidian is clear ish, when you make points from it, there is so many different types of obsidian
