Hi! What I know: on the one hand "big owners" buy at a higher price because they can pay, charge more because it is an expensive area and regular folks are not able to rent close to their job place. I think that this happens mainly in city Centers but correct if I a am wrong, people who rent those are mainly tourists, locals can't afford that (cost of houses go up). On the other hand "regular owners" do something that at least in Spain is illegal, which is to rent for the whole year telling the tenants that they can stay, but (for example) in July and August rent goes from 1200 to 2500/month, but they can also leave and come back in September in the regular price. Why people allow this? I do not know, maybe they do not know that is illegal or they do not want or are not able to pay for a lawyer PS: I enjoyed the video, travelling has gotten really expensive and I personally had to lower my stay days in order to "be in line with my principles" xd

Update: I've now been using EA's deodorant for two weeks and it works very well regarding.... what deodorants are meant to work for :) I have also gotten used to the unique cap and application. Can't say it's the most convenient solution though.

Here’s the recipe for the Italian ricotta lemon pie 📝 • Mix together 500 g ricotta cheese, 4 eggs, approx 120 g sugar, and the zest and juice of 1-2 lemons. • In another bowl, mix together 120 g flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and a pintch of salt. • Pour it into a cake pan and bake it in 170°C for 45 mins. 👩🏻🍳👌🏻🇮🇹
